It's funny, my sister watched the trial today and commented that she thinks that Jodi has found her new stalking victim: JW. She doesn't read this website, so it's not just us noticing Jodi's behavior towards JW.

Remarkable change in Alyce's demeanor by the end of the day, once she started catching on to all she'd missed or had been withheld from her. She became increasingly subdued, dropped all the sassy "Mr. Martinez's" and seemed to be having less difficulty answering questions without challenging each with a long song and dance. It felt like JM understood that the scales were just starting to drop from her eyes and was patiently helping her see what she'd been missing. They were communicating. "Yes, she does say that. IQ higher than Einstein." "Well yes, she certainly was writing and signing manifestos." The party of three must have been over lunch...can't see Alyce wanting to hang around the DT for long after court recessed today. It'll be interesting to see what she'll sound like tomorrow, after a good night's sleep. Maybe she'll come in ready to play it straight. Tomorrow'll be a great day to be there, Faq_q.

But, shouldn't it have been in line with ALV's "expert opinion" to have checked and double checked her facts? I don't think it has anything to do with ALV not having all of the info...and everything to do with the fact that it's how she INTERPRETS the info. I believe what ALV was hired to do was take the defendant (Jodi, the square peg) and fit her into the "round hole" profile of a battered and abused woman. And Jodi just ain't fittin' into that round hole, no matter how hard the defense tries to shove her lying ass into it.

Its getting pretty obvious the longer the trial goes on that jodi was never truly abused. Just the way she acts in court, and the showing of no emotion when the "abusive" topics are discussed, it should be clear to everyone that its simply not true regarding the abuse

She may have gotten her feelings hurt, but thats about it, and we all know thats not grounds for killing someone

I have abused my privilege to speak about this trial to my husband but this morning I couldn't help myself while seeing ALV flash across the screen with her........ "robbed from Bugs Bunny teeth" protruding more than usual! but your "Simon" side by side takes the cake! ha ha ha ha ha.............

I keep my interest in this trial to myself for the most part, but a couple of weeks ago I casually mentioned to my husband that I think the prosecutor in this trial is interesting and I like listening to how he's prosecuting this case. I made it sound like I wasn't all that invested. But tonight when my husband came home, I went over our taxes with him and right afterwards said, "I heard part of that trial today, and this supposed battered-woman expert told the prosecutor that she would put him on a time-out if he was in her office. Can you believe she spoke to him that way?" My (tired) husband just looked at me a little confused before walking away to get ready for dinner. It was odd to share that particular tidbit with someone who has no interest in this case whatsoever... I've gotten a little too immersed, I guess. I'm glad I can at least read conversations about the case here.

Mr. Martinez was pointing out a time continuum where Jodi was manipulative as a 14 year old and was also manipulative after she murdered Travis, but in Ms. Laviollette's opinion Jodi was not manipulative in her relationship with Travis. Martinez asked her to explain to the jury why Arias' history of being manipulative was not informative to Laviollette's opinion.

Ummm...I'm confused, did your husband say the part about the trial today or did you? In one way it sounds like you had a moment where your husband shared somewhat of an interest and In The other, if it was all you, sounds like he had no interest at all hearing what you had to say as he walked off? I actually think it is fair game, to let anyone that may not know about her testimony, to look into that before plunking down $40 for her book. I really think she is releasing the 3rd edition this month because she thought she would be a rock star by now and have a best seller to retire on.

Most of the trial followers that put up reviews are not implying they read the book, only commenting on her integrity and lack of true domestic violence knowledge.

On another note, to see what a complete unabashed liar the defendant is, revisit interrogation tape 15. How any expert could believe anything after listening to this is ludicrous.
