Growing up in the 60's & 70's it was common to get a 'spanking'. Normally it was wait till your father got home where he then used his hand or a belt. Well I don't know if it was already mentioned, but I almost wonder if Mr Searcy benefited from Travis being killed. Did all of the clients that Travis acquired go to someone in PPL? I figured they might have nudged her in the direction she was already on her way down to murder him. Possibly gave her more encouragement and promises of help for her future in the company..

Not that I agree with a mistrial but I could see where she could technically get one for having this circus for a defense although I do believe she (Jodi) is at fault for trying to mislead her own experts. This trial is way too expensive and it pisses me off that Jodi has made it to millionaire status with the tax payers money.
