Tmy1, I don't even wanna think about where all that tootsie pop was shoved. I'm am an admitted germaphobe which entertains my friends and family to no end. This whole trial and the gnarly details of what went where and how just gross me out to no end. Ex. her giving him a bj in the parking lot without having access to a hot antibacterial soaped shower just grosses me out to no end. And with all that butt sex going on she had no guarantee as to where that penis had been before she put it in her mouth..I'm gonna stop now cuz I am getting nauseous. Taking microbiology and courses on zoonosis and transmittable disease has not helped me in the least...Don't judge me dammit..:-P

Prove to me where every single stalking victim who sought help was never further harmed or killed by their stalkers, and I'd believe you. You can't say that. Because we both know that even if you get all the help you can, that stalkers can and will kill their victims, I would say that your entire line of reasoning is faulty based on this fact alone.
Yes, if you seek help, your chances of survival are greater -- but it's not a guarentee that you will in fact survive.
Travis was in the process of cutting Jodi out of his life...and like many abuse victims, he went back to her (well, technically, he let her come into his home). And like many abuse victims, he was probably manipulated by Jodi to sleep with her one last time. To take those pictures of in the shower for fun.

Let me put it to you this way, so you can see how your statement is simply not true.
My friend's father bought an expensive home. He made some poor investments, and over-extended his finances to the point that he was unable to maintain payments on his home. He made poor decisions regarding his money, but if he had only made a wiser decision, he would still be in his home.
Do you see where the blame is being placed? Do you see how I pointed out his flaws, and the consequences for his actions? This is called placing blame. It's that simple.
If you blame Travis, then own it. Don't try to deny it when every statement you make proves the contrary.

You don't know everything Travis ever did in his life. You can't know, because he's dead. The case evidence does NOT show stalking. The claims have NOT been proven. Is it likely that Jodi did display these behaviors? Yes. Do we know 100% that she did all those things? No. We don't.It is simply saying he continued to engage. Neither of us knows why for sure he chose this route. He had many options at his finger tips. However, he chose the worst option with all the knowledge he had. ( The case evidence proves he knew she was stalking him, he knew she was unbalanced. He called her a sociopath and evil. This is not opinion but fact ). Had he tried to choose a better option, he MIGHT still be alive today. Moral of the story is: When someone shows you themselves, believe them. Take care of yourself by taking any action you can. If you continue to make unhealthy choices and can't stop, maybe you are addicted to something or someone and this is a problem only you can face and change.
The moral of the story is indeed to take threats seriously. But you don't have to keep saying, "Travis did it all wrong".

shelving present that day were made. Also of note is that assessments were made
regarding the pins holding up the shelving and how the shelving was resting on those
pins.
In addition to the observations made on March 5, 2013, pictures were taken of the
shelving unit along with an image of an unnamed individual placing weight on and/or
lifting up one of the shelves that is now situated within the closet.

Hey everybody, did you forget about me today?
I decide not do interview today because I don't want too famous. Not yet.
Everybody still wants to know my story, it's so great story. I just can't tell you my story not right now about how I accidentally spray the red paint "Jodi = guilty" in bathroom of courthouse. It not my fault, I do nothing wrong. Never. When I pay enough I tell my story youl know all detail about me. It more interesting than trial itself, but just can't say anything about it right now. Unless you come my house to interview me I am outside to water plants.
My good friend, The Judge Sherry, she call me today. We talk a lot of things, like trial, how Jodi guilty so much. Judge is such a special friend and she misses my hair my warm smile, so she invite me back to trial. I can sit in bleachers and pretend I am still of the jury. I still have number 5 always. Maybe I don't go back trial, but just visit judge house for tea and rubik's cube game. Happy time together.
I have to go now, there some fans outside want to talk me. I will be watching trial on computers with comfort chair and sweatpants. I invest so much in trial and we can't say goodbye now.

Violet stalked and abused is not the same. Possibly some mental aspects could be...but have you ever had someone walk up and unexpectedly kick you in the kidney while bathing a child causing you to fall into the faucet and gash your head wide open? Have you ever had someone take a pan of hot scrambled eggs off the stove and hit you in the face? Had a gun stuck in your mouth? Knife to the throat? Forced to have sex? Had the ever loving shit beat out of you? So you have to understand the hostile response sometimes when making the comparison.
I wonder if Jodi's manifest reads like "The Perfumed Garden". Maybe it's an autobiography. In that case, how did she have enough paper to write it? Oooooh, I know! Maybe she drew it! Like Pictionary, only less fun.
