Good idea, a blue shirt would work. I don't have a plain one and I would not want to lose the focus of justice for Travis. I am going to take the light rail from camelback, seemed like the right thing to do as parking is a bitch around the courthouse. I'll likely leave the house around 5ish to make sure I am down there by 6. The wife is totally sick of me even mentioning the trial so unfortunately she will not be with me. I'm hoping to meet up with Chris W, I have had some correspondence with him several times since this began. I am just so excited to see Juan Martinez in action. I know he will not disappoint!

I have looked high and low and there is no reliable evidence that's what she said. The woman who was standing closest to them at the time (internet name "KATIECOOLADY") did not hear what was said. The same woman did go up to Travis's sister and said "are you okay? and "you don't have to talk to her" (Alyce) Travis's sister said "Juan is talking care of it" the last comments are confirmed.

Wish I could join you. Don't know why I kept putting of my trip to Palm Springs. Usually I go through L.A., but would have gone through Sky Harbor and done a layover for a chance to be in the gallery (body of the Court?) for this one. Am going down on May 2 but it will probably be well over by then. Think of us eagerly awaiting your impressions.

That's just kinda sick..shrugging her shoulder like it's my job, whaddaya gonna do..Calling it your job don't make it right. There are a lot of people involved in this case that I really wonder how they sleep at night.

my opinion is Alyce was trying to assuage her own guilt by "making nice" with the family... which makes what she's doing even worse.
