You may not recall that the prosecution DID NOT call Lisa Andrews to the stand for that particular reason. Any inference of stalking has been brought forth by the defense. It's actually pretty hilarious.

I got the impression they use it for education and make sure it doesn't make much profit, or, they literally aren't very succesful.

Sorry, I looked at the site for Alyce's organization only. Definitely not this one. Sorry for the confusion, and I will look at both before I spout off.
no need to apologize, it is me that didn't understand lol What is Alyce's org? I'm only aware of her ABIP .. association.
Do you mean her website or something? I've never gone to her website, wouldn't trust anything from her so why bother was my thought.

I agree, his wording leaves him loop holes. Good ol slippery Phil huh. Well thanks anyway. Now we have a statement to hold him to! Wait, WTH am I saying, won't matter, he's still on the air so he might as well, people support him by watching his shit, some bitch and watch again. He could bring the Anthony's back for a few more grand and have them counsel the Arias family.

I read that the jail records show his producer visited the witch twice in jail. One side is lying. I'm guessing it's Phil using semantics.

That's the funniest thing I've read all day.

Actually - why don't YOU take a break from posting here for a few days and give everyone a break? You are annoying the shit out of just about everybody right now.

I assume you are not doing it on purpose.

Nah, seems like even the posters who bring up certain issues that may be considered pro-defense want her convicted. Just my take on the feel of this thread. Now JAII site scares the shit out of me, but I try not to take them seriously.

The loophole that you speak of is that HE (Dr. Phil) hasn't spoken to them. What his producers or staff do is not him....sneaky sneaky squirrelly squeaky

Totally. And, she was still interested and intrigued by Travis and the challenge of winning him. Why doesn't this man want me as his girlfriend? Nothing is more attractive to a woman than acting like you're not really serious about her, and telling her that you are seeing other women. "I don't really want a girlfriend right now" translates into "how can I make this man want me for his girlfriend!!!??? At all costs!!!"

I've been labelled as pro-defense. Even to me, the heinous and pre-planned nature of her crime, coupled with her complete inability to admit any guilt for anything in her life ever, make her deserving of the harshest punishment.

The crime scene photos and physical evidence transcend anything the defense can say. You have gallons of blood and a shell casing vs. a million words of bullshit.

I find the defense case and all their trickery interesting on an intellectual level. I respect their creativity and ability to adapt, like guerilla warfare. I enjoy rooting for the underdog... can the rebel fighters take down the Death Star? Maybe with a dirty trick, but we all know the Death Star comes back for Round 2. Return Of The Jodi.

Wouldn't you think that abuse would be one of the most likely things that a person would unburden themselves about in their journal? I mean, lots of people can't talk about abuse, but 'talking' to her journal would be a good way to get those feelings out, without having to involve a 3rd party.

Will the lack of abuse notations in the diary, about Jodi's family, be brought up?
I am not sure if she kept diaries as a young girl but keeping a journal is highly encouraged in the Mormon religion. I think she started writing her journals after she was introduced to the church. I would like to see the outside of the journal themselves. I wonder if they were purchased at one of the Mormon bookstores. If the earlier ones were and the later ones were not, that would be suspicious. I doubt that she would have wanted to risk being remembered by a clerk at a church bookstore purchasing additional journals. Just curious...

I understand they see that JA's a sociopath and want to see her convicted. I just hope this "Travis' responsibility" stuff doesn't end up in a compromise decision of 2nd degree. The ferocity of the premeditated murder and the extent to which she's been able to manipulate evidence and testimony shows how dangerous she is to society and why she should never be freed.

The Dr. Phil show will probably try to steer clear and keep whatever has gone on between them and the Arias family on the waaayyy down low. In the professional community they can now see that AL won't be able to wash the stink of this case off of herself with super duper deskunkerizor.

One defense witness, either Alyce or Samuels, said that they read the journals from when she was a teen. She wasn't a teen when she joined the Mormon church.

    Thank you!

I've been SCREAMING this for 5 pages!

I agree with wasthinking, and refuse to engage, but thank you for saying this!

The prosecution DO NOT HAVE EVIDENCE OF STALKING! Which us why THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED STALKING!

Mimi Hall was THE ONLY PROSECUTION WITNESS TO MENTION STALKING in her testimony. And she DID NOT SAY IT WAS JODI!

During a hearing in front of the Judge where the Defense asked for Lisa Andrew's contact details, JUAN MARTINEZ HIMSELF stated that the story

regarding the slashed tires is the reason he would not call Lisa to the stand, and that he would like to remind the court that THE PROSECUTION

HAVE NEVER MENTIONED STALKING, THAT CAME FROM THE DEFENSE!

    Phew....

Martinez has questioned defense witnesses about Jodi's stalking. Martinez got the stalking info from the defense witnesses, yes. All the more ammo for the Prosecution and most importantly for the jury. More than one friend of Travis's testified about Jodi's obsessive behavior.

I caught that and they said 'went back many years' and I got the impression from JWs question it was before she met Travis even. I thought righ away, wow, preTravis would be interesting to see.

The only way she gets second degree is if the prosecution fails to prove premeditation beyond a reasonable doubt. That's the definition of first degree murder. Premeditation. That is why some of us get frustrated with Martinez when he goes ballistic over some stupid trivial piece of bullshit like ALV and her Snow White theory...that crap is NOT IMPORTANT and only serves to distract and muddy the waters even more than they already are.

Remember she is also charged with Felony Murder which is also First Degree Murder

So true, he is the full package! AL knows he will get the truth out of her one way or the other, Jodi knows her days are numbered which is why she is eye ballin' the jury with that wonky eye of hers. She has seen the downfall of Dr. Dick Samuels, and she's about to see a rerun of that movie come Monday. I will be definitely watching Juan as he dances with the devil once again! He is the man!

exactly, and since she left w/ "travis' gun" - felony theft, then she already is guilty of felony murder, prolly why nurmi was trying to get felony murder charge thrown out

That isn't even remotely close to what poppym was saying!!! You twist just about everything you read. It was NEVER proven that JA was the stalker/tire slasher/anon hate email writer. It was SPECULATED that she was the culprit, but there was NO evidence of it nor had she been charged with any of those things...thus why JM didn't "open that door" Good lord.

Yes. JM was smart to add that charge in. Basically she's effed either way. She can't say now that it wasn't TA's gun because then it is definitely premeditated - which it obviously is.
