I was just thinking about that. We have 2 hours left of court for the week. SUUUUUURELY JW would be smart enough to get Ms. L done with direct today. (that way, the jury supposedly has all weekend to stew on all the domestic violence involved in this and her demeanor after the killing, etc).

I'm getting my hopes up because of the stack of paper is getting smaller.

Seriously, I can tell you that MANY times over the years, I have asked my hubby specifically what was meant by a text or email he sent me. Rather than jump to a conclusion or SPECULATE what he meant, I asked the source. You cannot tell tone in either, for the most part. I take such issue with the methodical twisting of Travis' words. If anyone is guilty of character assassination, it's the f'ing DT.

Juror #5 shouldn't be there, imo. She's just drawing attention to herself and increasing the chance of other jurors getting in trouble by looking at her incorrectly or signaling her in some way (as Nurmi would intrepret it).

Don't know her story, maybe she has an agenda and wants to cause more disruption. If she's an innocent juror who got kicked off the jury unfairly, she should stay home and watch trial from there. She can give her side of things all she wants to the press after this is over.

She could have went on interviews OUTSIDE the court room. What a farse to come in and make a big scene and stare down the jurors that could follow rules. What a bitch

I mean obviously, if you remove ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that Jodi has ever said and done in her relationship with Travis, it is very apparent that Jodi was nothing more than a poor little victim. And it makes perfect sense for Jodi to drive and visit all her ex-boyfriends (who are still alive and/or living in the continental USA) on her way to defend herself from Travis's horrible rage. And it's even more normal for an abuse victim who just had a life and death struggle to go spend time with her latest love interest. I mean guys, come on. HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THIS?!

These diary entries weren't heard before, were they? I sure don't remember them. I am unsure why they weren't offered into evidence when Stabby was on the stand. I agree with you that they are staged and were either written before the murder (with the murder already in her mind) or after the murder to set up the fact that she wasn't jealous and obsessed and had moved on.
