Why would Juror #5 NOT be allowed in? It's open to the public, she's not on the jury any more....what would it matter? I also don't think she looks pissed, I think she's trying to make eye contact with one of the other jurors. All of the spectators have been told to show no emotion soooo....Maybe that's just her 'i'm showing no emotion' face?

Seriously, I can tell you that MANY times over the years, I have asked my hubby specifically what was meant by a text or email he sent me. Rather than jump to a conclusion or SPECULATE what he meant, I asked the source. You cannot tell tone in either, for the most part. I take such issue with the methodical twisting of Travis' words. If anyone is guilty of character assassination, it's the f'ing DT.

These diary entries weren't heard before, were they? I sure don't remember them. I am unsure why they weren't offered into evidence when Stabby was on the stand. I agree with you that they are staged and were either written before the murder (with the murder already in her mind) or after the murder to set up the fact that she wasn't jealous and obsessed and had moved on.

I was just thinking about that. We have 2 hours left of court for the week. SUUUUUURELY JW would be smart enough to get Ms. L done with direct today. (that way, the jury supposedly has all weekend to stew on all the domestic violence involved in this and her demeanor after the killing, etc).

I'm getting my hopes up because of the stack of paper is getting smaller.

So according to Sandy, when Jodi came home from her trip to murder Travis, she was acting perfectly normal. In fact, she asked Flores how could she act normal after what she did. Then more about Jodi's mental problems, and how her friends were calling in the middle of the night saying Jodi needed mental help...

I know what the evidence PROVES...there are a pictures, emails, texts, phone calls ..solid evidence that Travis continued a sexual relationship right up to the day of his torturous murder with someone he knew was obsessed with him in an extremely unhealthy way. No way around this fact. I hate to say.

Now, now. I think ALV is making some points. I mean obviously, if you remove ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that Jodi has ever said and done in her relationship with Travis, it is very apparent that Jodi was nothing more than a poor little victim. And it makes perfect sense for Jodi to drive and visit all her ex-boyfriends (who are still alive and/or living in the continental USA) on her way to defend herself from Travis's horrible rage. And it's even more normal for an abuse victim who just had a life and death struggle to go spend time with her latest love interest. I mean guys, come on. HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THIS?!

I am still certain, {I think & fingers crossed}that juror #5 knows JA is guilty & wants to show support for not only the family members of Travis' BUT also to her fellow jurors, after all, she spent a whole lotta time with these people, bonds were sure to have been made.
I hope it's bother the f*** outta the DT & especially JA & her note taking, sneering death threatening looks she passes to the very people she is asking to spare her life.
