OMG, LaV's interpretation of these text messages from Travis is grating on my last nerve...and Wilmott is reading them out loud with this bitchy voice...and she's trying to put emphasis on words. Do we even know what Travis is responding to? From what we've seen of Stabby in court, we know darn well, Travis was responding to something she did. He's not being abusive, he's telling her he's tired of her actions, her self-absorbed behavior, her drama over herself, her sociopathic nature...EXACTLY what all of us would be saying to her, as well, if we'd been in this relationship. I might have to turn off this testimony again today. My neck is starting to hurt again.
How can they say with certainty that this instant message was from TA! JA was savy enough, and had TA's password to his gmail to be able to log in as TA and have an IM chat with herself...im'ing as TA and JA from the same computer.

That works for me. If the DT got #5 kicked off and that turns around and bites them in the ass, that seems quite just to me.
That certainly seems possible. I was impressed with the "I'm not talking letter" because on its face it seemed to show that she really cared about the integrity of the trial more than her 15 minutes of fame. But to now show up in the courtroom?? Don't get me wrong, she has every right to be there, but I find the juxtaposition odd.
