I really think juror 5 should not be allowed in the courtroom. She is not a part of the jury, yet they all see her there. It just does not seem right.
Juror #5 just needs to finish her book.

Maybe, you never know. I'm sure she is taking a calculated risk by being there. I know there are a ton of media there just waiting to pounce, they have no regard for her privacy.
Given the nature of media these days I can almost guarantee she has an exclusive deal (with ABC) to give commentary once the deliberations start... thus the "I'm not talking" letter TO ABC news. She's not talking...yet.

I dunno. If I got tossed from the jury for something that I really did NOT do, I might show up. Kinda like giving a FUCK YOU to the people who got me tossed.
However, if I did do something I shouldn't have...I'd stay home.
Now the other jurors know it's not her choice to be off the jury.
