Wonder which 'closet' she puts Travis Alexander in? Oh! I forgot. It's called a grave.

Fuck Alyce to be labeling and defining anybody's life except those who come to her seeking her questionable help--and especially not a dead guy named Travis Alexander who she has never met, spoken to nor counselled and who does not require her services. What Alyce is doing is a variation of the same thing that nutjob Jodi Arias did to Travis, except Arias knew Travis and had time to work her evil deceptions on him.

As far as I'm concerned, Jodi Arias and Alyce LaViolette are a toxic pair--soft spoken and lethal when they encounter normal human lives. And Travis Alexander's life was normal! Look how hard this pair is working to make sure that Travis's family can never have him back in their memories as they knew him.........and the People of the State of Arizona are footing the bill for that desecration. Just where, in all of this, is Alyce performing any of that healing service to society that she claims to be the underlying mission in her life? She belongs down there with the gang-bangers. That's it.

Disgusting hypocrite! It's not just the Justice System that's all fucked up. How did our Values get so eroded that we can no longer see through the kind of deceptions this woman is pulling off. She probably doesn't even see through them herself. Just like Jodi Arias.

Agreed. I'm not a parent, but it would be my worst nightmare. Honestly, I think it would be worse than losing a child. The derisive comments towards them are pathetic, but people are sheep when it comes to stuff like that. Very barbaric and it illustrates why we have a justice system because if it was up to this lot, they would have every living relative of Jodi's put to death just for being related.

I don't think that is a very fair assessment. I am very unimpressed with Mrs. Arias because of her behavior in the courtroom during the trial. Before the trial started, I had no particular opinion of her apart from feeling sympathy for anyone whose child commits such a heinous act, because that must be a difficult position to be in.

I'm neither a sheep nor a barbarian, and I never said I wanted Mrs. Arias dead, or anything even vaguely along that line. I formed an opinion based on her actions during the course of this trial.

Your blanket statement of condemnation for anyone who does not share your high opinion of Mrs. Arias is unfair.

Oct 29, 2007- EX 579- Travis wants her to rip out the pages where she talks about him.
EX 242- The real journal with pages torn out.

Nov 1, 2007-EX 580- Diary- Jodi and Travis made up. Travis came over Jodi's house for a couple of nights. Travis gives her a treat and Jodi gives Travis a treat.

Nov 5, 2007- EX 581- Diary- (JM asks for an approach)
Travis used harsh words with Jodi. She forgave him and promised not to write them down. (what man really cares what a woman writes in her stupid diary?)

Dec 4, 2007- EX 583-diary- Hiding their relationship. Jodi would sneak in to the grandmother's house when Travis was there and leave before anybody got up. Alice says this diary entry goes with another story about another woman he did the same thing to.

Dec 25, 2007- Alice says Jodi is celebrating with her family in Yreka. Travis buys Jodi a bunch of expensive presents even though his money is tight. Alice says Jodi is starting to pull away from Travis. (this is the same month of the John Doe letter to Lisa and Travis' slashed tires) (Alice is telling a very LONG story about somebody else) (OMG, I guess they are saying Travis was abusing her with his penis)

EX 440- Text messages- Jan 2008- Travis text Jodi that he loves her. They are loving texts. They talk about swap cars.
Jan 21, 2008- Text- Alice says this is when there was a second physical abusive act. JM objects

Alice spoke with Jodi. Jodi said she forgot to take the drawing. She came back. Travis was beating off to the picture. Alice is bringing up Travis' childhood. (I don't know how this is allowed to happen)
Jan 22, 2008- Jodi comes back. She can't loan him anymore money. He throws her to the floor. Then he kicks her, then kicks her a second time and breaks her finger. Travis leaves the room. Jodi wondered if Travis was getting a weapon (Uh huh) But Travis comes back and splints Jodi's finger.

Alice did tell JM the Pedo pictures were viewed on a computer but Jodi never told her that. Alice said that was her misspeaking.

Text on Feb 25, 2008- Travis is upset b/c Jodi is not responing. Jodi's phone had issues. (This is also the same day Jodi wanted a good ass pounding and spanking from Travis)

Feb 26- EX 585- Diary- Jodi says they have a good tender sexual experience. (this is also the day that she text about the horny school girl) Jodi writes in her diary that Travis wants to date MiMi.
Same EX- Jodi is excited about meeting Sam Schulz and the vegas trip. Alice says she has seen no evidence of Jodi being jealous.
Feb 29, 2008- Travis says that he has tons of great experiences with Jodi.
March 2, 2008- A 3rd violent event in the car. (this is the day Jodi also talks about Travis taking MiMi rock climbing)

3rd event- She talked about moving to Yreka and Travis slapped her across the face. Takes place in Travis' car. This is also when they are driving to the tax seminar. (actually this whole event takes place on the 1st of march, not the 2nd)

I agree because if the diagnosis of BPD for Stabby is true, my sister is also one and I've seen it first hand...she abuses our mother all the time...hitting, beating, you name it...verbal and psychological abuse. Yet our mom keeps letting her back in, and letting her live with her (gtfo). She's even injured herself when she's been upset, called the police, and had our mom hauled away to jail. She's a horrible person. Yet, she'll do these things, and then the next day, when you're still reeling and saying WTF, she's like "hi, how's it going?!" All cheery. It's totally creepy. IMO there are two reasons JA is still seeing the light of day and wearing (albeit ugly) civilian clothing:

(1) the lady cop during the interrogation basically told JA to make something up if she wanted to save her reputation. So Jodi did just that. You could see her wheels spinning after the cop went on and on like a godamned hypnotist saying "what are you going to do jodi?" That cop should be the one suffering in the courtroom instead of Flores while this shit show is allowed to go on; and

(2) the judge's unwillingness to call Willmott out on her legal incompetence and tell her to sit the fuck down already instead of letting her reiterate her entire opening statement through so-called expert witnesses.
