My feeling is she was pro prosecution or defense would not have booted her. I heard two things on news, one she said Jodi is toast, and another that the crime was heinous. The court records show a phone call saying she was coaching Jodi from the stand. maybe she was 'leading her on', messin w/her. So we won't really know until the fat lady sings.
I see no email at all. Someone else likely runs the website. She is pretty booked.
You know what..I hope TA did get a few good kicks and punches in. If Hodi was as fuckin' annoying as she has shown to be during this trial, if I was TA I would have kicked her ass. Sorry to keep harping on the Christmas Tree thing but it really sticks out as a big honking sign that the woman wasn't right. This trial just brings out the worst in me. So! Jodi sneaks into Travis's Grandma's house, after pretending to leave, (or Travis sneaks her back in--take your pick), so that they can do the nasty without Grandma catching on to what they are up to. How many times a night does that happen across America?
The way Alyce tells the story, it is an example of abusive behavior by Travis towards Jodi Arias by virtue of the fact that he is not 'acknowledging' the relationship. How crazy is that? Can you hear the speech? 'Oh Maw Maw, just so that you know, I'll be in my old bedroom with my friend here, etc., etc., (fill in the blanks).
What does any of this have to do with a trial on a charge of first degree murder?
Will we have any better answers to our questions about why some people murder other people after all these brain and behavior experts have finished testifying, that we didn't already have before they appeared on the scene? It hasn't worked up to now. Why does anyone expect that it will make the slightest bit of difference in the case of the brutal killing of Travis Alexander by Jodi Ann Arias? The only purpose it serves is to help Arias get away with it.
This stuff is just gossip on stilts. Same goes for Dr. Dick Samuels. Nobody who is walking around without an attendant should be taken in by any of it.

having worked in TV I know that they LOVE this trial being long and drawn out... HLN even created a new show built around the trial "After Dark" (which is horribly done IMO) All these clips become teasers.. more commercials. more $

Oh yeah, but at this point I would go back to that in a heartbeat. Palen is really annoying with her giggling and sarcastic demeanor , I could take the ball scratching, nose picking and the aforementioned "how did that make you feel?" any day.
All of the pundits and court watchers I've seen who have commented on this are rather certain she was pro prosecution; she was very attentive, on the edge of her seat each day taking notes, submitting a slew of questions. It's believed losing a pro prosecution juror is the reason why Travis' sisters exited chambers after the meeting yesterday morning in tears, while JA and Nurmi were smiling from ear to ear. One pundit tweeted that the booted juror said something along the lines of how "heinous" a crime this was to one or more of her fellow jurors.
I also think this is probably what happened. I don't think he ran away.
Perhaps Stabby knows that abusing animals is how most sociopaths/psychopaths start, and she wants to make clear to the jury that SHE is very kind to animals and has sympathy? She would totally think of that angle...
