Alyce as an "expert" defense witness supposedly reviewed all of the interviews of her family/friends. So she just basically discarded anything that doesn't fit her theory of all men are bad and that doesn't jibe with Stabby's lies.
Makes me sick! The damage she is doing to real victims of DV is horrendous and real.
I'm having a hard time with this "known stalker" stuff. He made jokes about her being a stalker. I've made jokes about people being stalkers. That doesn't mean I believe they are stalkers. I may think they are just weird and needy. You're assuming he knew she was a dangerous stalker. She lived 1000 miles away. How do you know he wasn't just easing his way out of her life?

I mean, what if she told him about the sex tape and held it over his head in order to keep him more compliant?
What if there was some sort of blackmail involved, keeping him silent? I'm sure he would have thought that tape had the possibility to ruin a lot of his personal and business relationships with certain people... his standing in the church and such. Things that he worked hard to earn. Maybe he was stuck between a rock and a hard place and didn't know what to do?
Maybe giving into what she wanted, short term, was worth it in the long run... or so he thought.
I doubt he thought she was capable of killing him right on up until it happened. Even during, he was probably in somewhat disbelief.

Maybe if she would have investigated, FULLY, she would have seen who the real abuse victim in this case was. Maybe her conscious would have kicked in and she wouldn't be sitting up on the stand making a complete mockery out of people who actually DO suffer physically/mentally at the hands of other people. I can't say if ALV saw this or not, and none of us know. If she did, and it could be proven, the shit will hit the fan for her testimony. To me, that would be the lowest of the low if she saw it.

Well, in all fairness, we don't know what she did that got her booted off the jury. It's possible she saw Martinez getting his photo taken, or some other thing like that. I think we need to wait and see what the reason is before we tar and feather her.

Gotta agree with you on that one. Such a shame. I'm sure she feels bad, but it's so important that the jurors follow the rules so that Jodi isn't able to get a mistrial based on their conduct. I hope the remaining jurors sit there like statues not giving her any hint as to what they're thinking.

Hey, but come on, let us all put ourselves in Travis's shoes and be honest, how many of you would have put up with all the shitty and crazy things Jodi did to Travis that he was fully aware of.....
He knew she was unhealthy for him in a major way....he even sacrificed his religious beliefs knowing full well he was doing this....
Also note: he was a 180 pound 5 foot 10 man. A physically strong man. His stalker, 115 pounds 5'5 or 5'6 . How was this woman able to do what she did? Unless....Travis chose to ignore or just wouldn't seriously DEAL with her.... She set him up...how was that possible for someone who was obviously her physical superior
