The fact that Travis and Hughes and Jodi had the email war going on-and Jodi shows up at Travis' house the next day at 3am in the morning for her "surprise" visit. The one where she said he was happy to see her.

Why is Jodi writing an email to Travis explaining about her feelings and they were talking about how wrong he has been on Feb 7, when by Jodi's own words they were an official couple on Feb 2?

Who the hell were they to get in the middle talking to JA? Who needs friends like that? Travis was a 30 yr old man, if they had issues they should have too it to him privately, without JA and respected him enough to do it in person not in writing.

I see that... like it's her job to skim them out, one by one. Seems like she got her way this time, & who's to say she doesn't con't to find fault with all of the one's she feels are not buying what she is selling.
It's prolly hard to control one's facial expressions when testimony is given, & JA is taking note of all of it, she seems as though she no longer is paying attention to ALav, but just looking for reaction from the jury as it's being given.
I'd love to get a hold of that yellow note book, the writings in it must be incredibly profound.

I suspect if we seen the whole email-we might have a clearer picture of what went on.

i found out from several lawyers i know wth - i don't get paid if i go to jury duty! and know thats not a reason to get excused!
