Seeing Travis' sisters breaks my heart. I wonder if it was years if joys about the mistrial scare or if there's more to it. Maybe they are sad they lost someone in the jury who was apparently team Travis.

How can these so-called experts know less about the case details than most of us? This is not our job yet we know more. Would ALV not have studied more intensely that trial watchers? Hell, we don't even get 250 bucks an hour and know more. We could all have summed up Arias' position and repeated her side of the story back to the jury. This is bordering on a mockery of justice.

You're right... slip of the tongue. And who knows it could have been in a joking gesture & have no meaning behind whatever it was that she spouted out, but obviously, it was enough to make JA & the DT have her hurled out.
I'd be an emotional wreck, again, because so much time & effort was invested thus far in each of these jurors.
I am a believer in everything happens for a reason, so fingers crossed, I am hoping it'll have been the wrong move for the DT to have her dismissed. I am hoping she was a well liked juror & others on the panel take offense that she was given the boot?? Who know, right.

I don't know about any of you, but I really hate this witness stating everything JA told her as FACT. She doesn't say "JA told me..." I was so irritated with this crap last week, that I stopped watching the trial. Plus it seems to me that the DT is going through their relationship month by month. We're only up to May 2007. I'm sick of this tactic. It's taking way too long. The longer this trial goes, the more possibilities we have of juror misconduct.

And so there was no reason for it anymore. But, then he died. So, he didn't get to enjoy the fruit of that discovery, which would have been the mending of their friendship. (laughs) Anyway. (laughs) Ok, go on.

Travis: And then uh.. Yeah, I don't like the Spidermans at all. I don't like the Supermans. I don't like the Fantastic Four because [unintelligible] I'm uh... Well, you like the Xmen. The Xmen are good, right. So, I will give you that. Batman is okay. But, Xmen are my favorite.
