They saw it on the video that he put it in his folder/bag, and the person who keeps the exhibits for the courts going crazy looking for something at the end of the say when they were in recess for the day.

What I find shocking about this whole thing... so many people on this forum saw him put crap in his bag and called it out.

Exactly! I was more remarking on Biggie's comment that anything less than 1st with DP would be a crushing defeat for JM, because that is what the family wants. I don't see the Alexander family as being disappointed if the jury decides to give her LWOP instead of the DP. I see them as just wanting her to be held accountable for what she DID do.....murder him in cold blood. XO

I started to get so upset when Hodi got up with that self satisfied look on her face, as if she had won today. And the more I started to think about it I looked around the room and saw my daughter playing with her toys and my hubby walked by and blew me a kiss. I just had to share with you guys, it made me realize I shouldn't feel angry at all.

Jodi has to go back to that tiny cell, smaller than Travis' closet and sit there all weekend, and wait. Her little petty victories over the ribbons, and the smirking doc are so infintismal, one might (gag) feel sorry for her. But the reality is she will never have what the Alexander family has ever again, if she ever did. And that is love and warmth and family.

This is squishy, but bear with me. I had a dream about Travis last night. He was dressed to the 9's and it was a speaking engagement for him. All these people were vying for his attention, wanting to talk to him, say hello, take a pic with him, and after a little bit and after some big laughs and smiles he said "guys, I gotta go!". We (in the dream) were all so sad, pleading for him to stay, but he turned and said. "I gotta go, but don't stop the party, have fun. ENJOY!"

I by no means wish to imply Travis wanted his life to be over, and I definately never knew him. But something about the look in his eyes tells me I would want to be his friend. And the more time I spend thinking about my friends, the less time I have to worry about those less than.

the ones JM were questioning were; exhbts--> 535, 537 & 550 (which has 3 punch holes) & Juan was about to number the copy that Doc Dick had in his possession (that didn't have any punch holes on them, Doc Dick said because the copies were made prior to him (DocDick) making punch holes )
I have no idea if this makes any sense to anyone--- but if I figure it out & it sounds reasonable... I'll pass it along to y'all

Call me crazy too, because I think her team has steered the jury further away from premeditation, which is their only goal. It was a good day for them. Jodi/Dick have presented a crazy, disorganized, mentally sick person and the jurors seem to think she was acting on adrenaline and instinct.

Martinez will struggle to prove premeditated murder in his rebuttal case.

I originally thought no way she gets 1st degree but right now, I'll go 1st degree with no DP. However, a hung jury or insanely (acquittal) are not out of the realm of possibility. C. Anthony killed and walked free.
