Today we have seen some major breaktrhoughs that will have an impact on the verdict. Finally! Let's pick out a few things, shall we?
1. Juror questions about fight or flight
2. Juror questinos about rage, and a dam bursting
3. "Fairly convincing" testimony from Samuels that Jodi was disorganized
4. Jurors seeming to accept that adrenaline and passion were involved in the killing
5. Wilmott getting in all kinds of stuff about instinct, reactions, terror, etc.
6. Redirect opening up a lot of material that points to a crime of passion comitted in the heat of the moment
There was actually a moment today where I wondered if it was possible that she did snap and commit a crime of passion. I still think it was planned, but from what I saw today the signs are pointing strongly to a verdict of 2nd degree murder.
Not true. Actually, several of his friends reported that she did not appear to be interested in socializing. She didn't quite fit in. One look at that video of her and Travis at a gathering shows pretty obvious disinterest in interacting with the group. Rather, it looks as if her thoughts might have been "Jeez, will you stfu, Travis, and put that tongue to better use??!! My butt is all tingly and my p***y is all moist.....and I'm stuck listening to this boring crap?!!!"
Dr. Dumbell claims she didn't stand up to Travis due to her low self-esteem. Um....I'm not a doc, but I think it's pretty obvious that she was a master manipulator. She didn't have to confront him because all she had to do was let him dive into the bung-hole and he'd come around again. Man, get this guy outta there. He's making me sick.

Only if you believe Dr. Dork. I think it should be clear that he is biased and his evaluation is flawed. Thank goodness there is a whole trial to base a verdict on and not just one person's testimony.
looks like from the questions from the jury they don't believe the dear dr, and now palin is just droning on and on about ptsd, keeps trying to get in no premed, but juan keeps stopping her

Now Dr Asshat is saying her other boyfriends respected her and Travis didn't because they (allegedly) had buttsecks more often and Stabby didn't always enjoy it?!?!? But Stabby SAID she never objected, and never would have objected, because she wanted to please (read hook) Travis. So even if that WAS true that Stabby didn't always enjoy it, if she never said anything, how would Travis know??
