Big difference. If you get a DUI, or get caught shoplifting, or get a minor drug offense (or other minor offenses), you go to jail.
If you commit a violent crime, or are a repeat offender, you go to prison (but only after being convicted--until then, you sit in jail).
If these jury questions are indeed being asking in the order they were submitted then our good doctor is toast. I think the questions we are going to hear later will be devastating for defense.
