I try to keep up. When I am away and the pages start adding up I just read the last two pages and go from there. I think it is almost impossible to stay completely caught up on this thread all of the time.

I guess it has taken me a little longer than it has for others. But I actually cried watching and listening to this today. I can't even fathom the evilness and vindictiveness of this sick woman. This was her way of keeping him all to herself. My heart aches for Travis when he realizes what is about to happen to him. And the pure terror. It is just so sad. At least we know he is the arms of his heavenly Father.

There are many things that are bothering me.
First, more that once during Dr. Richard Cranium's testimony he mentioned more than once that on the PTSD test Jodi answered that her sleeping problems began in jail. Prior to that she slept deeply. This counted toward her PTSD score along with other factors that also happened in jail. How can this be a valid test?
Second thought, Travis seemed to be like a Boy Scout (always prepared). He did the sweet cinnabon thing and the romantic bubble bath. If he had any idea Jodi was coming and he wanted to try tying her up it would have been set up. I think there never was a rope.
Next, It appears that during their relationship Jodi took all of the pictures of them together. Buying a new camera was another way of getting Jodi out of his life. If Jodi wanted shower pictures she would have taken them on her camera, Travis had no use for them. I know they sent erotic pictures on their phones, but isn't this the first time we have heard of them on a camera.
I know this was a long post, should have joined sooner.

In the March emails Travis sent, where he called her an evil sociopath who scammed him -- do we have any idea what he was referring to? Sheer speculation, but since Mimi said his bank accounts had been hacked in her testimony, and Travis was having money problems despite a decent salary, do you think she stole from him?
Also, I posted this a few dozen pages back, but my post got swallowed in the approval-abyss. Does anyone know if date rate drugs (like GHB) would show up in the autopsy? Travis' autopsy was clean, but I've heard these drugs break down quickly and are hard to test for. He looked groggy/half asleep in the June 4th sex photos, prior to the shower.

I think that's why this is so scary. I would suspect if we heard the real backstory of Jodi, we could probably see clear signs. Her parents and siblings probably did. One thing that is clear to me, this is a girl that has always jumped from man to man. She has clearly never respected any boundaries with people. She also never respected the rules of her parents (and this was clear in her testimony on the stand) and Jodi always did what Jodi wanted to do. Doesn't even sound like she respected her jobs, b/c she sure took off enough to go on trips. She didn't respect OG because she bailed out on a foreclosure and didn't even help him pay the basic utility bills in the end.
Actually, thinking about her testimony, there is nothing about that girl that I would have wanted to be around. It doesn't even sound like she has much of a personality.
Sounds like the only thing she had going for her were her sexual experience. Well, IDK, her sex talk was boring as hell.....so that may even be an iffy.
There is no telling. The defense wants a mistrial so bad.

I personally think it's possible, but not as the way she describes it. As I've mentioned before, if I'm in a stressful situation (usually a confrontation or something along those lines), I do have SOMETHING like they're describing where I can't describe things accurately but I never ever black out. I just can't quote things or remember really fine details, but I know what happened, I remember everything that happened in general. The "blackout-can't remember shit" stuff I don't buy. As far as wanting to see the pictures to possibly "refresh" her memory, I think she wanted to see the pictures exclusively to asses what they actually knew and how much she should cop to right away so she wouldn't find herself in the situation she currently finds herself (having told a million different versions to account for evidence she knows they have against her).
That's my 2 cents anyway.
I definitely agree about the pics... she definitely needed to know what they knew so she could tailor her story accordingly.

I'm sure someone can do a better job of telling this story, but from what I understand Travis had some sort of gathering at his house w/ lots of people. Jodi was NOT invited. She came over anyway, announced herself as his girlfriend. He denies it to them, tells her there is no room and she doesn't give a crap and ends up staying over anyway and sleeps under the Christmas tree.
Not 100% sue that is the correct story, but I think it is...

She proceeded to show up, exclaim to all 30 guests including a girl Travis was dating, "Hi, I'm Jodi, Travis' gf"...Travis said to all that no, they had dated a few times in past 3mos, but she would need to leave.
