Is this the part of yesterday's testimony where Doc Dick takes an exhibit (evidence) & places it down to the right of him, where he keeps his briefcase?
{{{ It should automatically start right at the part where he is being questioned by JM about the time that JA told Doc about TA masturbating }}}
* approx; 0:30:30 it starts after side-bar
* Con't watching & at approx 0:31:33 Doc locates exhibit right in front of him on his desk---
* AT APPROX --> 0:32:05 DOC DICK PLACES EXHIBIT DOWN TO HIS RIGHT not sure if he ever retrieved it back, from where he placed it along side of him??

I would not show up uninvited. I would not announce myself as his girlfriend. If someone disavowed me in front of people, I would be mortified and leave immediately. I would never stay where I was not wanted.
Obviously Stabby would do all these things. And it is bizarre. However, I don't think it is necessarily as simple as her being pathetic and desperate. I think that being a sociopath, she is just fundamentally different from normal people. She does not respond to social stimuli or social cues the way the rest of use do, because she can't genuinely comprehend them. While she has memorized how people are "supposed to act" in certain situations, it is just that.... acting. It is not genuine.
I think most of the time, she was able to go through her mental rolodex and come up with a response that fit the situation (making her appear mostly normal), but when it came to something she REALLY wanted to possess (in his case Travis), she was less able to force herself to give the correct response.
I was raised by a sociopath. They were able to appear normal to all but the most observant and knowledgeable people. But it was a learned and rehearsed skill set, not anything that was happening in a genuine way. I think Stabby is the same.

Ok so the only thing I can imagine that kept T allowing this cancer in his life is because of the sex. Unfortunately, my own Father has been wrapped around the same sick bitches tentacles for 20 years now, and until a few years ago I didn't understand why he put up with her physical and mental abuse until one of his "in betweeners" got drunk and got diarrheal of the mouth and gave me tmi. Anyway I guess my dads into some kinky ass shit and the ONLY reason he goes back to this bitch every time she leaves him is cuz she will do certain things that most women will never do in the bedroom. Thank GOD she didn't try to give me details as to what that IS, but it finally clicked. This bitch has burned every item of clothing my dad owns and broken many windshields yet my dad goes back. She leaves him after Christmas and the tax return is gone then comes back after flaunting her ass all summer for other men! It's sex and sex alone. Pathetic...
Yes I saw that...and did you also notice after court was recessed for the day and the camera was still on, the lady that marks the exhibits (and apparently collects them all at the end of the day) was searching all over for something...she checked the podium, the defense table and the prosecutors table and didn't find what she was looking for....if only she would have thought to look in the Dr's briefcase....
I mean really...is this the first time this guy has testified...doesn't he know that once an exhibit is marked he can't take it back, its part of the court's record
It can be hard to understand how manipulative and sincere sounding and convincing a person like this can be. It is not within the experience of most people to have someone seem SO sincere and SO believable, when in fact there is nothing but lies and manipulations.
Also, I'm sure the sex was a lure for Travis (who was 30 and pretty inexperienced), and not just any sex, but pretty much totally unlimited, no holds barred sex. Also, I think she did flatter him endlessly, and agree with him, and puff up his ego, and talk about him and his interests (all part off her stated plan to cultivate a relationship with him). Think about how powerful that would be for most men... unlimited sex and unlimited ego stroking.

I think Jodi is just that good at manipulation and abuse. Victims of abuse stay with their abusers for a long time, and are often unable to say no to them, even after unspeakable things have been done to them.
I'm not saying that Travis was abused physically by Jodi, but I do think she abused him emotionally to some extent. And I have no doubts that she was able to manipulate and conive her way into his life.
Especially if she connected with him about their pasts. If she is to be believed (and perhaps this was all made up as well, in order to gain Travis's trust), she had a difficult childhood. That right there is something that would have given them something to bond over. That alone might have been enough to create an emotional tie that enabled her to manipulate him.
She could have said how depressed she was, or maybe she threatened to kill herself, or she would cry about how no one in her life really loved her, and how she was so alone. And Travis, who maybe harbored some of those same dark thoughts, would think, "This is a kindred spirit. I can't turn her away. She needs me."
Plus there was the sex. Guys become idiots once their peepees get involved in things. I suspect that perhaps they had a 'no strings attached' policy. Friends with benefits. At least, that's what Travis believed. Jodi obviously wanted more out of it.
Here it is--- the reddish haired women to the left of the Judge must keep track & record of exhibits bcs she is handling them at her desk then starts to look around for something??

That's the crux of this case! This is the reason we know it was murder! Not leaving, and sleeping under a Christmas Tree for Jodi, are the symptoms of her removal from reality! In her mind, she was probably not lying under a Christmas Tree. She was probably lying next to Travis, being adorned! I find it so interesting that she quoted Scott M Peck during her interrogation interview - "....dedication to reality, at all costs" from 'The Road Less Travelled'. She is human being as far from reality as anyone can be! She has memorizes and regurgitates stuff like this because their is no depth to her! Nothing real (including her boobies)!
And Yes! As a woman and a human, I would have been mortified! I'd have ran as far away as I could! I'd have been hurt for a while, but I would never have contacted that man again!
I wonder what Travis was thinking when she went to sleep under the Christmas Tree?
I am totally not sure of the exhibit number in question--- I'm gonna put that one on you,
I can't bare the thought of watching anymore of Doc Dick, he sickens me, even more so now :)
Post it if you figure it out--- if they (the attys) do scout this forum, I'm sure they'd love to know, if it's not already known to them.

Thats interesting because ever since he took the stand I've noticed how his eyes resemble Jodi's. Dark and empty is the best way I can express it. And spooky!
This is Dr. Dick the first time JM questions him on his memory.

Before I read what I missed I thought it would be fun to guess that it was Donavan creating a diversion for Hodi blowing chunks in the gallery today. Just read it on Huffpost but article said unknown spectator...ok guys who dunnit?
It's amazing how many examples we have of NO self esteem issue and a STRONG assertiveness. I consider myself to have a someone lower self esteem and I'm not the most assertive person around. It was even worse before I got married. If I was with a guy and I even though he didn't really have an interest in me I'd move right along. I wouldn't even think about staying with a guy that probably didn't want me around.
And just look at how assertive and confident she was with JM!
Thankfully my self esteem and assertiveness have improved over the years : )
