Holy delays time. I swear if you add up all the minutes in court where they are ACTUALLY talking about murder- we may get 2 hrs a day.....may.
2 hours a day is being very nice. Some weeks we only have 3 days of court.

Agree with this. My ex was a defense attorney and whether their clients are guilty or not is irrelevant to them, they have a job to do and they do it.

Well, to be fair, there are some rare cases where you have no idea. I had severe food poisoning once and the space between "OMG, I think I'm going to puke!?!" and the actual puking was less than 10 seconds. I was totally mortified.
(I puked ON a cab driver I was desperately trying to communicate with to get him to pull over. He didn't speak English, and I spoke very little Italian.)

Wasn't the interview with Det. -- where Jodi was wearing street clothes -- where he offered to show her? Didn't she seem them then?

Holy Hell! In this new video of her she's in the interview room with a female cop and she ASKS to see the pictures of TA's body again.
Female cop asks her why she wants to see them.
Stabby says" to try and piece some things together"

Her only curiosity was about what information she could glean from the pictures to spin her lies! Can't believe the jury doesn't get to see this part!
It's hard to say. When Jodi was on the stand, there were close to 200 questions or something, and yet, most of them were not leaning in her favor. They were pointing out her discrepancies and problems they had with her claims. This could be the same.

I agree. And there has got to be a time (and I think we passed that mark, a couple of weeks back) where there is a danger of the jury just becoming apathetic to Jodi and her "issues." Her lawyers know that.
