I don't think this has been asked here before, but does anyone else think that DocDick didn't re-administer the test because, from his observation, he now felt that Jodi didn't meet the criteria of PTSD once she admitted the new "truth"?

Being that she is from California, I would assume earthquake. But that's ridiculous since quakes happen all the time in California, with the majority going unnoticed. And aside from the San Fran quake quite a few years back, basically culminates in a little shaking and some broken items. Hardly traumatic to most people.


Defense needs to stop digging this particular hole. The test also specifies that Jodi was NOT assaulted by a family member or someone she knew. So much for all that alleged child abuse and abuse by past boyfriends, right? Or did all of that happen, but it wasn't traumatizing? It was only traumatic when Travis allegedly did it, everyone else gets a pass?

I missed this morning 'cause I had to go to the eye clinic to get an injection into my left eye, (Lucentis). I do it once a month. Each costs $1700.00 which makes me grateful for having good Health Insurance. It sounds painful, but nothing compares with the pain we are suffering now. Crazy - I just looked and that was the year AZ was riddled with more wildfires than normal. (and Normal is a LOT ... Lol) Wonder if one was set by her? I only remember because I was living in NM and I remember we were getting bombarded by smoke from all of the fires...

8. Are you afraid that the defense will not pay you after you messed up so badly?

Willmott looks terrible. She looks unfocused, she gets scrambled and flustered very easily, also she is downright talking back to the judge! Wow...she is NOT a good trial attorney. The ME testimony was awful and so is this. Not impressed...

But I think she would be a nice person outside of the courtroom, she just is a poor trial attorney.
