    Dear Diary,

I am sitting here in court listening to my life be taken away by some bumbling fool who can't keep the simplest of my lies straight. How hard is it? I told Doctor Dildo the same lie like a hundred times. Most of the story is me being in a fog. He only has to remember like, four things. Jennifer is trying to lead him, but honestly, I think this clown needs cue cards or something. I cannot believe he is getting paid $250 per hour. My testimony was 100 times better than his. He is supposed to be the the "trial expert"? If Doctor Dildo gets $250 an hour for that crap fest then I think I should be paid for my testimony. My rate should be at least $300 per hour. I will have to make sure I discuss this with Nurmi immediately.

I am feeling a Martinez Migraine coming on. I wonder if I should faint or something? I'm trying to go into my trance. It is very disassociative of me. I zone out and look kind of like a zombie. In my head I am traveling a million miles away to my happy place. In my happy place there are mirrors everywhere, so I can see how beautiful I am at all times. There are 24 hour Applebee's and Starbucks on every corner. And there are tons of admirers who adore me without ceasing...and we have buttsecks. Lots and lots of buttsecks.

Oh crap, what was that? Something just brought me out of my happy place. Of course, it was Fartinez, objecting again. Ugh. I wish he would die already. Hmmmm, I wonder if I have time for a hidden message to the gallery? I am communicating with a certain someone who shall not be named. Let's just say that I have a plan B if things don't go the way I want them to.

I have come up with a wonderful way of stealing paper from the courthouse. I am really sneaky about it. I take a piece of paper, surreptitiously fold it up and stick it under my thigh. Next I maneuver myself and the paper until the paper is in the back of my pants. Then I do a little wiggle and the paper falls right into my butt hole. When I get back to the jail, I've got several (mostly clean) sheets of paper to draw on. It is such a high to steal paper right there in front of the sheriff deputy and the judge. I just love being deceitful.

Speaking of deceitful...I will give it to Doctor Dildo. He pulled a really good one on Fartinez today. When his back was turned he was writing in his notebook all the things he was supposed to already have in there. He did it in the nick of time too. It was only a few moments later that the notebook was admitted into evidence officially.

Oh, what's this? Looks like court is over today. Be back in a few.

I have a little secret I am dying to share. I have a new LOVE interest in my life. I can't say too much, but I will tell you she is a latina lover that is almost as gorgeous as I am. Today was really erotic. We kept exchanging glances throughout the day. And at the end, we engaged in some whispering...but this was no "vanilla" whispering, it was "sex whispering"! Just thinking about it I get all flushed again. She was bent down really low and I kept putting my cleavage in her face. We got a little carried away and were really close to kissing. At one point, I put my tongue in her ear. No one could tell what was going on! It was so hot. I can hardly wait to get off of this bus and get back to the privacy of my jail cell where I can pleasure myself with both hands. I hope I don't yelp out loud like I did last night. I just get really carried away sometimes. I'm so cute like that! Looks like we are here! Gotta run!

    Till next time,
    Jodi
LOLOLOLOLOLOL! Oh my God, you just crack me up with these!!

Even if she is prescribed medication (which she may well be), I find it odd that they would ever let it get into her hands for obvious reasons. I would think she would be required to have a court official dispense it to her.

I hate that woman lawyer. Such a snarky little bitch. I just want to dump a whole bottle of cheap merlot on her head and then pimp slap her.
And affirmative action is a very nice term for racial discrimination against better-qualified white people in jobs, employment, promotions and scholarships, and college admittance.

A little bit before that she was pinching the bridge of her nose in a very obvious "I have a migraine coming on" sort of way. Because of her complaints about migraines to the judge before, I bet she is administered pain reliever with the MCSO approval. They might have been the ones to give it to her.

As usual, you raise some good points for discussion, and that is the fun of all of it.

We may not be attorneys, but we are all experts of a different kind. We are all qualified to be jurors in this case. Any one of us could be sitting in the courtroom in the jury box, listening day after day. Waiting for hours every day, giving up months of our lives. We are the ultimate consumers of the testimony.

Speaking for myself, as if I was on the jury, my reaction to Martinez is basically... "I'm not retarded, please get this over with as quickly as possible and focus on the BIG PICTURE to help me make the right choice with my verdict. Stop farting around wasting my life proving that rice is white."

Martinez's aggression might be satisfying emotionally for the Alexander family, and everyone who hates Jodi. I get that. But it's taking up lots of time and adding to the mess. And I think in the end when the verdict comes back as guilty of second degree murder that he will have failed at his job, which was prosecuting one of the most winnable death penalty cases ever.

If you read this post and have an opinion on how things are going back it up by stating what you think the verdict will be. Not what you want it to be, but what you really think will happen

    Cupcakes for everybody...

Please don't give her PTSD! Then Samuels will have to treat her and it will fuck up the whole case.

I am very afraid that Jodi will not be convicted on murder in the first degree.

It is not because of Martinez, or anyone on the side of the prosecution. I think, for the most part, they are all doing an excellent job.

It is not because I think the defense is doing a great job. They are doing okay. Their Doc is a huge disaster, but overall they are probably doing the best they can with such an obviously guilty, lying murderer.

It is because I have very little faith in the jurors. It only takes one. You could have 11 very reasonable and intelligent people seeking justice and 1 buffoon with no common sense and it's all over.

We have professional attorneys, exerts, investigators, and judges. And then we put ALL of the power into who knows what. It's a total crapshoot. I think we need professional jurors.

From the Juan Martinez - Prosecutor Page

My Observations after attending the Trial for two days: ~Admin 2 (Ann)~

The courtroom is very large compared to how it feels watching online. The reason trial starts late many days is because they are holding “several” misc. trials in the morning in the “same” courtroom, so those have to be heard in completion obviously before the JA trial starts. We watched different attorneys/clients walk in, come out, and then the next would enter. Judge Stephens has so many cases going on all in one day, so I would please ask that we all give Judge Stephens a lot of credit for the full schedule she tends to on a daily basis.

Travis’ family demeanor is very different outside the courtroom than inside. They have a few smiles on their faces while they talk amongst themselves on the outside of the courtroom, but the mood changes once inside having to listen to the testimony, and rightfully so. Both admins got the opportunity to speak with a friend of Travis’.

The jurors are definitely losing interest when defense speaks and especially with Dr. Samuel’s being on the witness stand. However, juror interest peaks when Martinez steps up to the plate. The majority of the men jurors appear to be in their 50-60’s, but a few young men jurors also. I noted that two of the male jurors were actively taking notes, and one male juror repeatedly put questions in the basket. There are several jurors, male/female that “never” take any notes. By the end of the day on Tuesday, after listening to Dr. Samuel’s testimony now totaling three days, jurors look tired, yawning, rubbing eyes, leaning their head into their hands, etc.

Before the jury was chosen, they were questioned as to whether they believed in the DP. So end result, if they did not, they were not chosen. So all jurors believe in DP, so one less thing to worry about when the verdict comes in.

Jodi appears very stoic, looks pale and thin. Jail food probably isn’t very good, and I think she has lost a lot of weight. Defense looks worn out. Martinez is still going strong. Trial is expected to finish up by mid April, but keep in mind this is an “estimation” and could change, so please do not quote me. lol

All in all, we were treated well and attending the trial was an honor.

Just wanted to say I completely agree. I read here and on Websleuths about this case, and in both forums, when people make derogatory comments about anyone's appearance- the defense team, people on the stand, etc, I think it just makes them sound very immature. Its also completely pointless. I mean, its stooping to a very low level to take pot shots at how someone looks. I personally prefer criticisms with more substance to them.

The gun that many people believe she stole from her grandparent's house, but cannot prove she used to do the killing.

I don't know. Everything she did after does not play into premeditation.
    Oh please.

If they recovered the gun and did some CSI analysis shit and proved it was the gun stolen from her grandparents, she'd simply make up a lame story for that too:
"Oh, travis wanted to use it in a sexual role playing fantasy. I stole the gun and took it to Arizona because Travis made me do it! (fake sob, fake sob, tissue wipe on the side of the nose)."

Really. At some point you have to just come out and say that all of her stories are nothing but a bunch of shit and common sense must prevail.

The prosecution has shown lots of evidence of premeditation. What they haven't shown yet is motive. That's what the rebuttal case is for.

Ma'am, what is hard to explain about a person breathing or not breathing? what is so difficult? why is that a difficult concept for you?

The prosecution does not need to create a seamless narrative during this point of the trial. They do that in their opening, and then, in the closing, they elaborate, drawing on all the tiny details that have been revealed during direct and cross of the various witnesses.

The closing is when Juan will tell us all a very compelling story weaving all these loose threads together.

When working with the witnesses, he has to try to squeeze as many details out of them as possible. A difficult person like Jodi makes this job even harder. On certain points, he would not ask her about the details because he did not want to give her a chance to explain them away.

I think this trial is getting to the best of all of us. All the trashing of Travis by such an evil woman and the DT doing the best they can to try to spare their client the DP is all making us a bit nuts. We are second guessing Juan's tactics and bashing the DT and their witnesses. Look what they have to work with!! They have a client who is an admitted and known liar, who has told so many stories she is Pinocchio Jr. and one lawyer is wanted off the case and wasn't allowed and another just trying to tread water. I bet they didn't think this case was going to be as big as it is, nor would it be televised. JW & KN have probably never had a high profile case and I am thinking they probably haven't had TV camera's on them. While this isn't an excuse for some of the things they do, I do think we should be cutting them some slack and trying to see just a bit of this from their position. They have a job to do. They may not even like it, but they HAVE to do it. They don't have much to work with and their only goal is to keep Jodi from going to Death Row.

As for Martinez, us second guessing him, talking about how he's too this, or too that, or missed this or missed that... blah blah.. We know this because why?? This man has an awesome track record for convictions. He has lived and breathed this case from the beginning. He's not an amatuer and knows what he's doing. The majority of us did not go to law school and have no idea about law. I mean when you hear people are calling the prosecutors office to tell him the things he's missing it's insulting. Martinez has always been a prosecutor for the VICTIM. He knows this case so well that often he doesn't even use his notes.

Please people think about second guessing these lawyers. They are the professionals, we are the laymen. I think JM knows his juries. To suggest a DP qualified jury will not find her guilty and sentence her to death because JM forgot something or whatever isn't fair. This isn't Florida, this isn't CA. All through this case JM has brought it right back to the premeditation and her guilt and her lack of remorse. Give him a chance to finish his case. Give the jury a chance to make the right choice. This is Arizona. It's a law and order state. He can do this and I think he will for Travis and his family.

As for bashing Jodi's lady bits.... it's really disgusting. Women bashing another woman because of her genitals after sex. Guess none of you have never watched a porn where the actress had anal and vaginal sex and seen how stretched out those parts become?? Hate on her because of the person she is, not because her Vagina and butthole don't "look right to you." I am not defending this psycho one bit, but I hate how women are so quick to bash other women. Jodi is ugly because of her insides. Because of all the things that she did to Travis, all the things she continues to try to do to him and his family, everything she believes in and stands for, but she's not an ugly woman physically. It's okay to hate on her, I hate on her too.

Sorry, just my opinion... Smite away!

    RIP Travis

I have to disagree with you on "We are all qualified jurors in this case"Alot of people and the media already have a needle in her arm with no knowledge of how the law works. The comments on how the common wealth of Arizona isn't moving fast enough for them and their entertainment value is beling diminished because justice and the DP isn't here yet are proof of that.Like spoiled children on christmas eve that can't wait till the morning. To be a jurior in this case takes a great amount of responcibility and strength 1. not to be influenced by outside sources and 2 to be objective till the end.I have been called a Jodi supporter because I don't have her on a gurney without a needle in her arm.I am not.If it was my brother that was killed I would want justice for him aside from wanting her dead.I'm not the judge nor am I the jury .Would I still want her dead ...sure but that's not my call.As far as Martinez goes he's a pitbull. That's good and that's bad .When it serves him he gets pushy and takes the upper hand, some can take that as bullying a witness.I also find that he asks alot of open ended questions seeking a yes and no answer to questions that are not yes and no questions.Alot of his questions need explanations and would be not correct answered with a simple yes or no.What I found wonderful about him in the beginning is that he painted a laymans picture of a consice flowing sceanario when he speaks, alot of it now is juxtiposed and scattered .I cannot at this point make a deturmnation as to the sentence .Is she guilty...yes Did Travis deserve to die no .RIP Travis .Just my 2 cents as an outsider looking in..........

We have professional attorneys, exerts, investigators, and judges. And then we put ALL of the power into who knows what. It's a total crapshoot. I think we need professional jurors.

Smite away!

Couldn't she write a note, slip it in the notebook when no one is looking, and one of her attorneys goes through the book before recess, pockets the note and passes it on to family member/friend?

Now, I'm sure that would be frowned upon by the law, and it might even be illegal, but are either Nurmi or Wilmott above that? Nurmi conspired with Doc to create a phony PTSD defense for Jodi (Doc said they came up with it), would he really be above passing notes? And so long as he (or Wilmott) didn't do it right outside the court room, would anyone else be watching that closely?

Also with regards to First Degree Murder. Remember there are special circumstances, such as murder while in the commission of another felony. That's why the gun works either way. If Martinez can't prove it came from Jodi's grandparents' house, and she claims it came from Travis' house AND she took it with her (which is what she said), then that is a felony. Taking the gun that she claims was Travis' satisfied the "murder while in commission of another felony" and makes the case eligible for First Degree. He doesn't have to prove she brought the gun to claim that.

It is not because of Martinez, or anyone on the side of the prosecution. I think, for the most part, they are all doing an excellent job.

That was my concern. All they need is 1 juror who's not using all of their common sense, or garners sympathy for her. The Casey Anthony jurors were quoting defense statements word-for-word. It baffles the minds of thinking people (& makes 1 wonder if someone was paid off.) By the way, does FL law state that manner of death must be shown for conviction? In fairness: the jury doesn't see all that we do. i.e. Jodi popping headstands, giggling, etc. so they don't always get a full picture of the person/situation. I wish more were permitted in court.

I was thinking: how about a jury of 12 body language experts

As a person of faith, I just pray the truth will be brought out, and the right thing will be done
