Mid afternoon (I lost my electricity for about 20 minutes-we are having some strong winds)
Dr is up. Palin is still up
MCMI- it was normal. He's explaining about the test and other people. This is an ongoing process. PTSD. He already thought she had PTSD before she took the test. It was based on things she said in the interview. HAHA. He just called her now version of the story-her alternative story.
Oral sex- Jodi told the dr she was uncomfortable with oral sex. Did she explain why? It was the situation that made her uncomfortable. Maybe b/c of the book of mormon. OBJECTION state.
Approach (judge)
Travis came into Jodi's bedroom and preformed oral sex. She told the dr. that she was uncomfortable b/c they were in a friends home and she thought sex was bad. And it was too soon. After that night, Travis took her to church.
Anal sex- Jodi talked to dr about it. She told him about another boyfriend. Anal sex was not bad for her so he didn't use that information in the report b/c it didn't cause PTSD.
Pictures of boobs- He doesn't know how many computers, or the timeline with the pictures.

There is nothing that prevents him from sending a book to a client. Dr says he is a nice person, so he sent the book. (awww, how nice of him) He sends books to other clients. The dr tries to like everybody.
Tape recording his interviews-Only in cases where it is required. They won't tell you stuff if you are recording. He writes stuff down-and never shares his notes. There is a barrier between them. He doesn't interrupt the person. He says sometimes there are gaps when they switch subjects. Now Palin is talking about somebody that interrupts somebody's conversation when gathering information. He didn't talk to anybody, just watched and read the interviews of everybody.
He reviewed text messages-(I guess Jodi was a wimp and backed down from fights with Travis)

April 21st next meeting- EX 537- (Palin has to direct him to the page) She runs into the closet. Wants to create a distance and goes for the gun .She ran into the hallway. Wait says Palin-was it in the bathroom? Oh, let me check my papers says dr. Dr. shout shouts out after it was objected and read directly from his notes saying "she ran down the hallway"after she got the gun and JM wants the answer to stand. (HAHAHAHA)

Jodi tells the dr that she didn't plan to shoot the gun. She told him at one point that he screamed but he doesn't remember if that was this visit. Jodi tells the dr that she wasn't sure if the gun was loaded or not. She told the dr she never fired a gun before. Jodi dropped the gun after she fired after he hit her.
Travis was angry and said he would kill her. He said "I'm going to fucking kill you bitch"

After the jury was dismissed for the day, and that woman with the black jacket and blue blouse sat next to Jodi......I kept waiting for Jodi's tongue to slip into the woman's ear! Their chit chat looked so....intimate. Cozy. Fun!
I have no idea why Wilmott is having Doc Dick recall information,
he can't recall anyway, when it has already been told by the defendant herself of what JA alleges happened on June 4th

I agree. Willmont is a bitchy attorney. She pays lip service to Arias, when Arias is shoving her notes in front of her - she listens, smiles. When Arias did that to Wurmi, he ignored her. Course, this case is going to bring them a lot of clients due to the exposure they are getting.And she has a HUGE chip on her shoulder. You can see her smartass attitude come out from time to time when she thinks she's in control. Good companion for Arias!!
