Uhmmm... it seems to be flowing along smoothly BUT I am thinking the questions need to be read by both sides including judge
& kept or discarded depending on relevance, then both sides chime in whether they want them asked or not & judge rules on their objections.
I am guessing like they did when JA was done with cross & they got the time to go thru them all.

And now all of a sudden this douche is looking at they Jury now
This guy is not providing a legitimate evaluation. He didn't even do the work. Listen carefully, all he really talks about is the literature and the articles he read and the research he is aware of. Like he's browsing the bookshelves of the Psychology Library and reading the titles off the spines or cover pages.
I call fraud.
"Of all the emotions, the most dangerous emotion is love." P.D James
"Do you not realize, my son, with how little wisdom this world is run?" Baron von Oxenstiema"
Wow..I just ALMOST felt sorry for Jodi, but I slapped myself and I'm feeling much better now.![]()
This "doctor" has some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you..if you buy that, he'll throw the Golden Gate in free.
After lunch
Dr is still up on the stand. JM is still up for cross.
What date did you give the test? Early Nov 2009, but dr doesn't have the date.
Dr. is comparing Jodi to people that have already been dignosed instead of getting a reading from the general population. JM is saying it would have been better to have her compared to somebody in the general population to see if she varies.
EX 534- PDS test- This is when Jodi is saying about the ninjas. The MCMI test didn't pick up that she was lying. The results of the MC test doesn't reflect when somebody is lying.
EX 530- memory-Disassociate amnesia- JM is showing Dr the drawing Dr drew yesterday on the stand. The memory loss happens on the slope. During that time the person can not form memory. Upward slope, memories form again.
Time mgz, slides, and cop- JM is using a "fake" story about a police office being attacked by a knife then shot by a handgun. (the dr doesn't like this fake story)
Palin objects because the story is confusing. (I don't even know how to write this story down) (the dr. is playing with words b/c I think he know where JM is going) Dr. says a person is "unlikely" to remember.
Transient Global amnesia- JM wants to know why he bought it up? 119 articles said that sex, hot or cold water causes TGA.
Jodi never saying anything negative
EX 510- Diary entry where Jodi says she won't stand for Travis saying anything negative about her friends.
Do you have a problem with your memory? No, I don't have a problem sir.
(The dr. is doing word play again) Now the dr is yelling about Jodi's diary entry and what it meant. (yes, he did)
Jodi lied on the test? Yes
She lied to the police? Yes
She called Travis after she killed him? Yes
JM is basically saying dr. thinks he's a Jodi mind reader.
You didn't talk to her family, Dan, friends? Only Jodi
EX 511- diary entry- Where Jodi talks about Travis and how he doesn't take family seriously. Wife lottery! Where she talks about Travis cheating on her.
EX 456- Diary entry-Nothing noteworthy.
Pedo-(objects from both sides being yelled out WOOOOOO) (Dr doesn't remember any dates and wants to refresh his memory)
Approach judge
What time did the pedo happen? Sometime in 2008.
I'm asking for time. What time? I'd have to look at my notes.
(stupid dr doesn't have his notes-wow unprofessional)
The notes he has don't have the pedo stuff. JM tells him to pull other notes out so they can mark them. (HAHA) (Palin asks for an approach)
EX 542- yellow pad of notes
EX 543- yellow pad of notes-no dates are in any of these notes
Palin asks for an approach
The DSM book was published in 2000. DSM 4 TR is the newer version.
EX 544-Jodi falls under these conditions: A1, A2, B3, (interrupted by a speaking objection from Palin)
Approach judge
EX 544- C3, C6, (and) D3.
Didn't you amend your report? yes, Dec 2012 but he didn't inform the state.
Approach judge
Last question withdrawn
EX 544 & 545- documents. The RULES for PTSD. (JM is wants to bring in the real rules for saying somebody has something....LOL)
You are aware of guidelines to daignose PTSD? Yes.
Objection from Palin and an approach
Now Dr is having to read the rules out loud. (JM caught him in some BS and wanted to admit something in-Palin objected)
Another f'ing approach.
EX 544- duplicate of report
EX 525- Dr's report
EX 544 admitted- His report. He made mistakes, but says he corrected them when he was preparing for trial.
How much do you make an hour? Dr. makes $250 an hour. (BOOM)
The numbers dr wrote down on the report don't match PTSD. (Kaboom)
(Basically he keeps making amendments and changes to his reports and doesn't keep good records of anything)
State finished
Redirect by Palin
Dr. made mistakes in his reports. (HOLY SHIT. Dude is using a different worksheet that has to get marked) Now he's reading off what he actually meant to mark on his reports. (headbang)
The noise in jail disturbs Jodi and she can't sleep. (poor thing)
Doctor is saying the murder of Travis was terrible for Jodi (or something like that)
Jodi pretty much has all the # problems on the list-or atleast that's what the dr says.
Pee break
DSM 4- Dr says there are beta versions on the internet, but they don't use it until it's published. Now he's explaining about all the different versions...blah, blah, blah.
EX 456-
EX 511- Both the same diary entires. "Nothing noteworthy to report" entry.
EX 510-diary entry where Jodi says she's not going to put up with Travis being mean to her friends. The dr. said it's not evidence of being Jodi being assertive. (Now he's telling another story) (can you just imagine how fun it was between this dr and Jodi talking?)
Dr. said Travis had total control of Jodi. Jodi never stood up to Travis.
Amnesia- Why discuss it? Just wanted to teach the jury something.
If a woman kills somebody that she loves because he attacks her, is that trival stress? OBJECTION
Approach judge
Palin is asking it in a different way. Objection. Palin says she doesn't know how else she could word it
Recess.
Judge Sherry rolling her eyes, shaking her head...looks like she wants to smack someone upside the head.![]()
I hope I got everyone---thanks for the suggestions. I am thinking it's probably my Kindle, and not the feed, if others are not getting kicked off. Again, thank you. I will try the others and see if I have any luck. Otherwise, I'm going to watch the videos next day instead.
I've started using this link, it's really good.

I agree that Martinez was amazing exposing the weaknesses in Doc Samuel's evaluations. It was a masterful example of extracting exactly what the prosecution wanted from this witness. Martinez has a technique that is too subtle and skilled for most Defense defenders on TV to spot. To most of us, it seems obvious.
Juan Martinez uses an aggressive approach in a careful, deliberate way. Witnesses lying, fudging or displaying incompetence are marked early by him as he raises the level of combativeness. Talking heads on HLN pop up to criticise him for this. Some jurors may find Martinez a bit harsh at first but as lies unravel and the truth emerges, I bet jurors are thinking the same as most viewers - go get 'em, Juan - you are not been hard enough!
Arizona have a prosecutor and lead detective on this trial that are a credit to the state. The judge is also excellent. I hope the effort is rewarded by a conviction for premeditated murder.
$250 an hour for 30 hours that he spent with her, $7500 just for the face to face time. This does not include the hours spent researching (which after this hot mess should be immediatly refunded with interest), travel time, and approx. 10 hrs in court over the last 2 days cost the good ppl of Arizona a mere $2500! In all fairness we will have to subtract out the $9 he spent with Amazon on Jodi's little "gift." He should have shopped Amazon for a "No-No" to remove her awesome moustache. You would think Jen could at least sneak in a strip of duct tape and maybe during lunch Jodi could do a little lip-scaping....
