I know that it's what I'd be doing if I was watching my child's trial for 1st degree murder, and possibly facing the death penalty! That would be a great time to bond with my sister, share jokes, and just general quality time, together!! They are probably asking themselves "WWJD" (What Would Jodi Do?) and the answer would be "laugh, smile, say cheese....ponder how the dickens did Travis's bad choice to throw himself on the knife, so many times, end with me being in this mess! *giggle*" I also bet they are discussing how they should have done their make-up a little differently!

I feel bad for Dr Samuels. He is a kind, compassionate, involved man of his profession; in the top 5% and the smear against him has been so completely unnecessary. I’ve mentioned other times, but it bears repeating – he seems to have bad luck with angry, vindictive people steamrolling him over petty nonsense. Juan Martinez is just spearheading the campaign at this point.

Those were all pretty amazing but these ones are definitely my favorite. I can't even go on that site cause it makes me want to punch someone in the face. These are the type of ppl that join a cult in Waco, TX. Wow can they be manipulated.... They definitely would drink the kool-aid!!a. I think maybe one possibility is the intruders made her shoot Travis or they were going to shoot her
c. I think the intruders were the ones that did the stabbing. I can buy the stab wounds as self defense but I don?t buy the throat slashing. I don?t see her doing that. Someone else did that.
i. I think the time stamps on the pictures could have been manipulated by going through the washer or by a person.
I think when Jodi gets out of jail she is going to have to go into the witness protection program or something. If she gets aquitted, there will be people who will want to find her.

Look, we're all going to have PTSD after this trial is over. Most of us have accepted that.
I think we need to send the defense team and their witnesses a case of these.

I missed almost ALL of today so far. I caught about the last half hour and a little bit in my car earlier. Whoa!!!! What a day so far. Martinez is an absolute pro and HE is the one who deserves the $225 per hour that Nurmi is getting paid.
I will have to miss more this afternoon too. Real life gets in the way of my court time!!! (But today was worth it because I am now the owner of an awesome horse trailer!!!!)

I have. It's about 30 or 40 questions. It asks you if you are honest or if you steal. Then it will ask some simple questions, then closer to the end it will ask some real hard ones.......that if you answer wrong, you basically prove you are a liar.
If you answer you are an honest person then 20 questions later if it asks you if you have ever known somebody to steal and you didn't do anything. If you answer yes-you prove you are lying.
It's a real stupid test. It's easy to beat. Just pretend like you are some naive girl that is stuck in the "little house on the prairie days" and pretend like everybody is nice and kind.
That's what those test Jodi took remind me of. Just tell the test what it wants to hear.
Same way if you apply for a job at McDonald's. On your job interview the mgr asks "Why do you want to work here" and you always say something like- b/c I want to grow and be a part of your wonderful company with great people.

During this recess, I'm going to have something to eat......and I'm going to practice my frog and toad voices. I'm studying to pass my test and become a certified "frog spotter" and help input info in the databases of scientific research. One of them, Fowler's Toad, makes me laugh when I hear it. I have memorized it by thinking "Jodi Arias cries FOWL", and it's call sounds like a screaming "WAAAAAAAAAAAAH" Can't wait to hear the Jodi Toad, in the wild!!!!
I would LOVE a jury question to be "can you please leave us a copy of the test and how to score it, we are just curious?" or something to that effect. Letting the defense know that they believe this test is a crock of crap.

In all honesty though, it's kind of a vague test. I had more than a couple "Y" answers to the initial questions, but nothing ever bugged me about those experiences to garner a PTSD response. But if you try to really think about it, you could apply it to make it that you did have some sort of PTSD from it if that makes sense. Or I just realized that I have never really given a fuck about anything that has happened to me. But then does that mean I have the blunted affect? JODI IS MAKING ME QUESTION MY LIFE.
