It directly routes it to the Alexander's account & in return a family member sends the person(s) a warm thank you letter. A few of the friends that support him have appeared on that face book page, as well. Just giving you a heads up. :)

It's beautiful to watch!I love how Martinez asks the witness a question which is 'off'. The witness corrects him; then he turns it around and goes in for the kill. He sets up the witness to correct him, then zeros in on their answers. It's really a beautiful dance.

Dear Diary,
Um, what just happened? Like, really. What. Just. Happened? My dumb expert witness, Doctor Dildo, just got owned by Fartinez. I cannot believe it. I am just in shock. Really, I think I may be having another outbreak of PTSD, only for real this time! That could not have gone any worse. My own expert witness said I "lied". How is THAT going to help me? Does he think we are paying him to call me a liar. I thought I had him wrapped around my finger. But, Fartinez starts in on him and he is all, "duh, duh, duh." And to think, I flirted with him NON stop for about 30 hours. Gross. I guess it was all a HUGE waste of my time. This joker is just one more impediment that I do not need.
And Fartinez got so bent out of shape because he sent me a book? I didn't even read it! It was a stupid "self help" book. Um, I don't really need any self help books, thank you very much. I need a friggen witness who doesn't call me a liar and make me look like an idiot. He better do better tomorrow or I will make him "Doctor Dildo WITHOUT a heartbeat."
On a positive note...Donovan was back in court today. She's been on vacation with a "gal pal" of hers. I kept turning around and laughing at her. She was doing these hilarious imitations of Fartinez. Who says court can't be fun? Just look at my mom and aunt. They are having a blast. I snuck a peak at Travis' family today. Talk about a snooze fest. I don't want to de-edify them, but seriously, they need to lighten up a bit. I bet the jury is not impressed either. At least my side knows how to have some fun and live a little!
Well, I would write more, but I think I better get busy on my artwork. I am hoping that my new line of portraits will be especially remunerative. I am doing a series entitled "The Jurors." Everyone is going to be enthralled with these.

Glad to see the recreation on HLN afterdark make Nancy Disgrace look like the idiot she is. They addressed the fact that she could have put her foot on a shelf that holds 40 lbs and not damage it. Not that any of that even happened. But I knew it was possible with momentum to step on one of these shelves.

I wanted to personally thank you for your support during this trying time. This has been the hardest thing we have went through and it makes it so much harder because it is in a different state. Travis was the only member of our family that lived in Arizona so we are all traveling and taking time away from our lives and our jobs to be there. He didn't really put his weight on the shelf though. The guy is much taller and could reach it easily. Jodi would've had to jump. Also if you look at the closet, the HLN scale is off. The top shelf in Travis' closet seems to be a lot higher than the HLN mock-up. Jodi would have to jump up, push it off the shelf with her left hand and put her whole body weight on it; HLN guy didn't have to get far off the ground at all. He said he was over 6 feet I believe.

I don't watch HLN, so I didn't see it. But, I was knew any "reenactment" they would do in a fake setting would probably not work. You can't "recreate" an entire bedroom, bathroom, and closet exactly the same. I would have been more impressed if they did the reenactment in the actual house. But, even then, the reenactment, would just be their guesses. You can't reenact a murder exactly, obviously, the emotions change the speed of which things are done, and although we know a lot, we don't know EVERYTHING that went down.well i can't argue w/ you at all about thia

Agreed Dimple Blossom. ahhhh. I too am an artist and her artistic talents are reminiscent of my 8th grade Art Projects class. SHE'S TRACING! It's so obvious to me. I do big stuff. 18' x 24' is my small work. She's coloring on the cardboard backs of legal pads. This crap makes me FURIOUS! The ONLY reason her artwork is selling is because the odds are she'll be convicted and sent to death row. She could doodle a pile of dog crap and it would sell right now. Murderbillia is a hot commodity. These buyers are BANKING that she'll be convicted. "Hung next to Monet and Van Gogh"....anyone who believes this BS is a total MARK! (sorry Ron_NYC) UGH!!! The scale is way off but that dude is 250 and he did step on the shelf and nothing happened. It is possible to do it the way she said it wne down and I'm surprised they haven't done a mock of it to prove Martinez wrong. With one hand grabbing a shelf and one foot on a shelf you can be up and grab the gun and back down in a split second
