I am totally making this up but... for some reason I think the "intruders" in her story may be his roommate and his girlfriend (thinking I remember she wasn't actually there) coming home early and the fact she didn't have time to clean up the crime as she would have liked. When she was speaking about rushing past the "woman" and got out of the house it makes me think that the roommate was home and she somehow sneaked passed him without getting caught.

Yeah, it was totally weird. I love how when the jury is in there she is all miss puppy dog eyes and "detached" etc...but when the jury is gone she is laughing it up with her attorneys and apparently people in the gallery too. She is a pig.

Leaving sensationalism aside, this is one of the most embarrassing displays by any 'professional' I have ever witnessed. Not only was it unethical giving her the book, the very nature of the book is 'suss' imo, it encourages arrogance and a f*ck you attitude to the justice system. It's no coincidence that he and Jodi use a lot of the same terminology, plus he's another who thinks he can pull the wool over your eyes by talking incessantly. He admits to 'transposing' her answers ... from a lie, and 'probably' should've done another test?!? He has been coaching her, (as he thinks) no doubt in my mind.

The man's an embarrassment, I was beginning to feel uncomfortable for him for a second, then reminded myself he chose the $$ and to put himself out there knowing she was lying through her teeth. Therefore so was he. He's a sham, and I'll bet his peers are cringing.

I was employed by a psych facility for many years that provided services to one of the local prisons. One of the inmates was Charlie Manson.

One of the psychologists told me one day that they were not allowed to see good old Charlie for more than 3 consecutive visits; after the 3rd visit, another clinician was assigned to him. The reason, from what he construed, was that they didn't want Charlie getting into any of their heads and fucking with them.

Looks like Dr. Dick should have followed that same rule and not seen Jodi more than 3 times, then switched off to someone else to avoid becoming overly enmeshed on a personal level with her.

I had my suspicions about him when I saw his advertisement and one of the comments was something to the effect of "I can make your clients look better in court!"

I saw that and immediately had him pegged as a glorified ambulance chaser or one of those asshattery legal companies that advertise on TV urging people who have taken certain prescription drugs to call them for a potential lawsuit.
