My hubby is home from work today. He has been ignoring my obession with this trial, and he being a Scientologist, just thinks I am filling my head with "in-theta" ideas. Meaning watching and filling my head with negative things as opposed to positive.
But when he heard the Doc say PTSD, his immediate reaction was this. "When I was shot on active duty I remember every sensation that passed through my body. All my senses were HEIGHTENED and I remember EVERYTHING so clearly until I lost conciousness from blood loss. And even then, I remember hearing voices as they called the chopper and flew me out."
He went on to talk about the day he watched one of his friends get blown up stepping off a bus in a market in Afganistan. He remembers the look on Thomas's face the second before the blast but he cannot tell me what color shirt I wore the day we met.
This PTSD crap is just that. I understand the need for a defense, but the admission of such bogus testimony is absolutely disgusting.
She's probably double-jointed.
Yeah. I'd have to find the video from the re-enactment but Wilmott's heels were a couple of inches, and yet, Jodi in flat shoes was still a good 3-4 inches taller.
How did I miss this? http://www.hlntv.com/video/2013/03/0...body-slam-demo
"Well, it's YOUR fog..." - J. Martinez
He's a scientologist? That religion fascinates me. I'll keep my opinions to myself though, haha.
The closest thing I could ever remember to having a "near death" or a ptsd related kind of moment (which I didn't get ptsd from it but it was a fucked up situation) was when I was chased by this guy (again near death is in quotations because I don't know his true intentions, but it seemed pretty obvious what he was trying to do at the time, which was harm me) while I was walking to my car in a not so great neighborhood one night. I barely made it inside my car and locked the door just as he got up to my window. The whole situation was surreal and felt like a movie, but even after over a decade later, I can still remember everything, right down to how I physically felt during it happening. I would think such a major event like murdering someone would stick with a person, so I don't buy her story about ptsd either. She's better off saying it was a rage blackout.
Now Jodi is laughing. Ugh.
wow, disco donna apparently forgot what buttons on the front of a blouse are for..........she's on full mammary display today.

We were waiting for Dr. Samuels, he is on stand now.
Seriously? That delay was because of the witness? wtF
Someone earlier wanted to know who Donovan was? First row, behind defense table, 4th person from the left, wearing a white shirt (or blouse), and glasses.
I just had to write a paper yesterday about the effectiveness of behavioral treatment for sexual offenders versus punitive punishment. /coolstorybro
I'm curious if he will bring up the Hare Psychopathy Checklist–Revised
i'm beginning to think Nurmi found this particular witness. seems his "expertise" is right up Nurmi's alley, as far as his current private practice goes.
Also, bullshit. Family members are often needed to be a part of the therapeutic process because there is a need for reunification because the family will often disown or refuse to acknowledge the offender, re: the family treatment systems model.
There are probably cases where family members are in denial, and I believe that, but often the family members are pretty disgusted and will try to separate themselves from sexual offenders. More so often not standing behind them versus a family member accused of murder.
I'm sorry but I'm disgusted by this man.
How he sleeps at night i have no idea....
Wobbly Wilmott has a strict "3 questions in a row max" style of asking.
Question 1 (ok, I remembered this one)
Question 2 (starting to get on a roll here!)
...pause...
Question 3 (crap, I can't remember how to say that word, what question am I on?)
...long pause to reload and look at notes...
ALL OF MY RAGE
Edit: Ugh, I can't even post the gif properly because I am raged out at this quackery.
