I honestly don't know. I was barely listening to him. He is just testifying for the money and will SAY anything. (My opinion.) Also, he seems REALLY proud of the fact that he is the one who got Jodi to admit that it wasn't ninjas. Well, no crap. So she traded one lie for another lie. He gets no credit for that. I would give him credit if he got her to admit the truth, but he didn't. He is just ASSISTING her in lying.

Have you noticed that every time she talks about cleaning Travis' house she is VERY resentful? I think she is resentful that she had to work for the $200 per month he was giving her to help her out. I'm sure she thought he should just GIVE it to her.

It was with regards to Jodi and her "broken" finger. At one point, Martinez put up the picture with Jodi and her arm around her sister and showed her finger looked normal. So, Jodi claimed that it just does look normal in that position, but it was still broken. In order to demonstrate, she and lady lawyer recreated the Jodi/sister picture.

She most likely injured it when she was murdering Travis.

OT: I had my daughter listen to some old Bill Cosby comedy records, to make sure she has the proper upbringing in comedy and sarcasm, and there was one skit about Noah and the Lord where the Noah (in Bill Cosby's voice lol) kept saying "Riiiiiight" after all of the Lords request on Noah. Very funny, my favorite on that record is still "The Chicken Heart Who Ate New York City"

I agree that if there ever was a break or injury, it only happened when she was murdering him. Maybe him trying to grab the knife out of her hand with a lot of force (fighting for his life after all) could have broken one of those brittle, bony appendages.

I think Martinez asked about her height for comparison's sake. Willmott said she thinks she is 5'2" or maybe 5'3" with her heels. Willmott said she didn't know how high her heels are. They were at least 3-4" heels. (VERY pretty black ones.) I am sure she knew exactly her own height and the height of her heels. But, she wasn't sure why Martinez was asking, so she was being vague.

I've been watching the first days of the trial. I wonder if she was cleaning on June 4th. There were signs of cleaning in progress: bedding in the dryer, floor cleaner in the middle of the floor and some sort of fencing at the edge of the LR rug. Except for blood, the sinks and toilets looked recently cleaned. Then the car payment check was for $200, same as he paid her for cleaning. JMO
