It's just convenient that Jodi murders her ex, but seems to have suffered almost every bad thing that could happen to someone. Child abuse, domestic violence, rape, low self esteem, suicidal thoughts, boyfriend was a pedophile, now she has PTSD.... What's next?

Jodi Arias went on exchange program to Costa Rica. When she was however many years old. And she met Victor Arias there and they dated, and she had a gut feeling that he was cheating on her.

Aside from the creepy factor of dating someone with the same last name as you, why was this info important to her defense?

Also, is there any evidence she went to Costa Rica as part of an exchange program? And why did she drop out of high school? I realize these are irrelevant questions as to her guilt or innocence, but I am so fascinated by all of her lies and craziness. I wanna know!

No. Victor wasn't a cheater, actually he was jealous. He wanted her to stay there and marry him, but Jodi couldn't see herself living in Costa Rica.
