I'm not understanding this PTSD thing at all. As a military spouse - most of the guys that I know that have PTSD have it because they REMEMBER EVERYTHING about their 'incident(s)'. How can you suffer from it if you cannot remember it?
I hope by now the jury can see how manipulative Jodi is and how if she wanted to answer his multiple choice quizzes a certain way, she definitely could have.
Just an observation....I dont remember not even one person from the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center stating that they suffered any type of "amnesia" or not being able to recall what happened that day...I would say that was a pretty stressful event
Im confused... if she had this disassociated amnesia.. shouldn't she forget the whole thing.. she shouldn't know if Travis chased her, she shouldn't remember that she ran to the closet. Shouldn't all memory of this terrifying act be gone... not just the ones that make her look bad? Is there something called selective amnesia? I think that is more likely what she is suffering from.
Karma is only a bitch if you are!
Well it was nice of Wilmott to start off by reminding us that Transient Global Amnesia supposedly can be brought on by immersion in hot or cold water even. I suppose Jodi got TGA then from showering over Travis' dead body? Is that the next try at this bs?
Funny though that the MAYO Clinic states this amnesia lasts about 24 hours and memories do in fact return. Doc here is claiming Jodi STILL has it 5 years later? So, who we going to believe, the Mayo Clinic or Doc? http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/tra...CTION=symptoms
Oh, and how many of these tests did Jodi have to "prove" her TGA?
Physical exam
The process begins with a neurological exam, checking reflexes, muscle tone, muscle strength, sensory function, gait, posture, coordination and balance. The doctor may also ask questions to test thinking, judgment and memory.
Brain and imaging tests
The next step is to conduct tests that detect abnormalities in the brain's electrical activity and circulation. The most common of these tests are painless and take less than two hours each:
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This technique uses a magnetic field and radio waves to create detailed, cross-sectional images of the brain. The MRI machine can combine these slices to produce 3-D images that may be viewed from many different angles.
Electroencephalogram (EEG). An EEG records the brain's electrical activity via electrodes affixed to the scalp. People with epilepsy often have changes in their brain waves, even when they're not having a seizure.
Computerized tomography (CT). Using special X-ray equipment, CT machines obtain images from many different angles and join them together to show cross-sectional images of the brain and skull. CT scans can reveal abnormalities in brain structure, including narrowed, overstretched or broken blood vessels and past strokes.
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/tra...-and-diagnosis I'm betting none.
I mean, she doesn't have TGA and never did anyways, but this just shows Doc hasn't done his research properly.
"Well, it's YOUR fog..." - J. Martinez
So they are trying to say she has PTSD and dissasociative amnesia? I don't get the PTSD about an event you can't remember unless they are trying to say her PTSD is stemming from Travis' "abuse."
Watching Jodi stare at nothing during the sidebars is soooo creepy. I think I would pay to know what's going through her head. It would be SO fucked up.
Where the f did Stabby get that shirt? Putrid
Throw out enough big terms, and bamboozle the jury.
Like in that song someone posted the other day (from the musical Chicago).... "Razzle dazzle 'em"
Give 'em an act with lots of flash in it
And the reaction will be passionate...

I hate to agree with anything Dr. Drew says but it's true. Everything she has said has come straight from television or movies. She's like the autistic kid looking at the snow globe at the end of St. Elsewhere.
I also don't need this Psych 101 lesson. Also, isn't this going against Jodi's testimony that she has a bad memory do to "head trauma?" Couldn't they order an MRI?
Wonder if Palin and Wormi draw straws or play rock paper scissors to decide who questions which witness?
Are we sure this guy is Defense witness? Keeps talking about Criminal Behavior, etc.
Oh well, if it's Costa Rica, I totally believe her now. I was a bit skeptical about Puerto Rico. :p :p :p :p :p
Ok....so....
Jodi Arias went on exchange program to Costa Rica. When she was however many years old. And she met Victor Arias there and they dated, and she had a gut feeling that he was cheating on her.
Aside from the creepy factor of dating someone with the same last name as you, why was this info important to her defense?
Also, is there any evidence she went to Costa Rica as part of an exchange program? And why did she drop out of high school? I realize these are irrelevant questions as to her guilt or innocence, but I am so fascinated by all of her lies and craziness. I wanna know!
