A caution to all my fellow 'posters.' Do not be so eager for the day that Ms. Jodi Ann Arias might finally deign to exactly describe the sequence of steps, arm movements and gestures that she employed while she stabbed, she sliced, she slashed and she shot, Travis Alexander and murdered him. As a condition of releasing the information, she would probably insist that her performance be permanently recorded in formal 'dance notation' language and, once done, that it be declared a work of supreme choreographic achievement otherwise comparable to Swan Lake or the Nutcracker and that it be bestowed upon the world with an accompanying declaration that it is a creation of artistic excellence equal to her masterful paintings/drawings that would now be hanging in some gallery bracketed by the works of van Gogh and Monet, had it not been for those unfortunate and distracting events that were forced upon her on the afternoon of June 4, 2008. (She might even add it to her EBay offerings.)

At that price, I would rather not know. Let her keep her secrets.

Regarding the gun...JA testified that Travis at one point had loaded the gun and took it somewhere....well if he loaded the gun then one would be led to believe that there was ammunition in the house...law enforcement didn't find any....
Why would someone have a gun in their house and no bullets besides the ones that are in the gun....OH wait I know why....it because it was the a gun she brought with her from her grandparents house....She really thinks that she is smarter and wiser then the whole world.
And one other thing...when she talks about being scared and shaking and crying when someone raises their voice at her in anger.....she displayed by her arrogancy and snarkiness with JM that that is another lie. I don't think she ever backed down in any arguement with Travis

Jodi Arias later testified that she sat on her hands and didn't reach for the water jug while being questioned by Martinez so as to not reveal to the Jury and others in the courtroom the extent of her nervousness and 'shaking like a chihuahua' that is her usual reaction when being confronted. Probably a similar reaction to what she experienced when she 'reluctantly' drove 70 miles to Crater Lake to confront Bianca and to tell her to stop 'fucking' her boyfriend, Matt. Such a delicate flower!

Are there copies of these fake letters? Curious to see them. I'm guessing they were OBVIOUS fakes that didn't stand a chance.

They are not available anywhere. The court deemed them inadmissable. I doubt you will find any outlet willingly to publish them after that! They'd be opening themselves up for a huge law suit and major media isn't interested in inviting one. Even the National Enquirer recognize they are land mines and didn't bite on Arias' asshole mother trying to sell them off to the NE.

My feeling is anyone that genuinely cares about justice for Travis wouldn't want them published. Can't claim we care then want to play a role in slaughtering his charachter with forged bullshit. That would be as bad as slasher 'can I see the pictures' 'morbid curiosity'.

In the history of horrible criminals, have you ever seen a killer who:

1. Did not cooperate with the police or investigators AT ALL? Just not one bit at all, everything she said was a lie, a denial, or a misdirection.
2. Was in such a state of complete denial? With all of her lies now obvious, she continues to weave crazy stories that make no sense (holster, Travis loaded gun, Travis had the knife)
3. Was so full of herself? Just a little fucking superstar up there on the stand telling the world about KY Jelly and correcting the judge & lawyer mistakes.
4. Was so great at taking a life in her first try? She was cunning and clever and controlled the situation to her advantage. It got messy but she won.

Jodi Arias is the last and only person in the world pretending that she didn't fully intend to kill him. When they find her guilty and she has to plead for her life, I wonder what she will come up with then...

Yeah. Little Caylee was playing with some bleach, acetone and ice. Managed to wrap her face in duct tape, crawled into the back of her Mommy's car, got into some garbage bags and then crawled out of the car into a garbage dump in a swamp by the side the of the road. Kids these days.

I'm new to the site so forgive me if this is something that has already been repeated! :) I love that we can discuss the case here. It's kind of riveting. Here's my theory of what happened that day.

What she didn't plan on is Travis not dying quickly. He fought to live, hence the butchering job she did on him, and the blood everywhere down the hall. Here's what I think happened:

Stabbed while sitting in the shower - simply ambushed.
Struggles with her (defensive wounds)
Gets up to cough up the blood that is filling his chest and throat (the blood spatter in the sink) - all the while, she's stabbing him in the chest and hands while he is making his way to the sink. When he's facing the sink and coughing, in comes the stab wounds to the back.
He crawls down the hall to get away from her. (This could account for the wounds to the back of his head).
He's still not dead, so here comes the thrusting the head back and slashing his throat.
I am in the medical field and when people are dying or newly deceased, they still make sounds. I think this caused Jodi to shoot him to make sure - but he was probably already dead, hence no major blood loss from the head shot.
It was easy for her to drag him back to the shower because the tile had been flooded for whatever reason. He "slid" easily. Combine that with her adrenaline, and I would imagine she could get him from the end of the hall to the showe. It was all tile, correct?
Wash the DNA off his body - quick, panicked cleanup (since she obviously meant one stab to the heart would mean death and didn't anticipate such a struggle)
Leaves.

I do not usually watch court cases and am not one for gore, but this case is intriguing, largely due to her blatant lies. I feel bad for Travis. Most men (I am a woman so I am assuming) have a very difficult time cutting off a sexual relationship, especially one where the woman is willing to act out fantasies, etc. It's too tempting. I fully believe that at some course of that day, had Travis said, "Go to Cancun with me", he'd be alive today. He seemed like a good kid. Such a horrible way to die.

He helped Stabby forge the letters allegedly from TA admitting pedo/abuse accusations. Supposedly saw Stabby's bruised neck after TA supposedly "choked her out". Martinez told him he'd be charged with perjury if showed up to testify in trial.

There are no originals. The outlandish claim by Jodi Arias is that she received them 'electronically.' Matt is suspected of being the forger/transmitter. Wait 'till some other people come on the thread. I think Wasthinking or maybe Sneaker will probably know more details or be able to direct you to a good source.

Copies of the letters have not been released. They are under seal by the court. Stabby's Mom did try to make a few bucks by selling them to the national Enquirer. They published a few "snippets".

I do try and keep up with the posts, not sure if this has been raised before, regarding the suicide letters... she supposedly wrote them while she was in prison and sent them to her grandmother, they would have been read by prison guards and action would have been taken, would it not? She clearly said on the stand that if she had of mentioned the reason why she wouldn't be found guilty during the 48 hours interview was because she didn't expect to be alive, she would have been taken away to a padded cell!

She testified that she wrote the supposed suicide letters BEFORE she got arrested and addressed them to her Grandma with instructions not to open until Nov 2008. Bizarre. Who knows they are going to get arrested in JUly and then writes suicide letters not to be opened until November?

Besides English, I know only Klingon and Albanian. The message does not appear to be in either of these languages. Can anyone translate? I have also checked with my astronomer friends and they do not recognize the source as any known place in our solar system. They can only speculate that the message was dispatched from some very distant galaxy--where this 'Law of Attraction" perhaps originated and prevails--and that is why it took eight days to reach me. Is the sender trying to 'Attract' me in accordance with the 'Law?' Are there others on this thread who have been so blessed? What to do???

The shower door had to be open when she was washing off the body and herself. As small as the stall was, no way she could get the door closed with his body laying in the bottom and her standing over him. JMO

The picture of the open dishwasher is also labeled #68. So most likely they took the knife from the dishwasher and put it on the counter to photograph it.

How did Stabby get out of the bathroom without tracking blood everywhere. It was mentioned on that video trying to disprove her testimony of how she got the gun, that she changed her clothes right in front of the bloody entry. If she took a shower, there would still be blood in the area and she would have to walk through it. Maybe she had the backpack with clean clothing there. I totally see a backpack.

Wasn't there a towel in the washing machine? She probably stripped off her bloody clothes, washed herself in the shower (while standing over his body no less), then used the towel to dry off before grabbing new clothing from either her backpack (which some have speculated she was wearing and put down in the bathroom, probably on the counter).
