Jury noticed - they had question about her prescription. BTW, her explanation of glasses doesn't jive. Those are reading glasses. I know for sure because I have copy of my prescription. For nearsighted it is measured like 20/20. Prescription would be 35/100 (ex.). Her explanation was that for reading glasses which are available at stores. Either she borrowed from cellies, bought in Commissary, or Mommy Dearest got her several pairs.

True, it could be BS, however if a congregant of mine was murdered and his reputation was literally being dragged through the mud, I'd let that information slip out.

She could have used the towel for both. Then she could used the tshirt and his religious garments to wipe her feet and wrap up the towel and her socks to take it all to the washer so it didn't drip blood down the stairs and into the laundry room. I think she dropped the towel on top of the camera and when she scooped it all up that's how the camera ended up in the washer.

Sorry that isn't true. There was a court order for her to be transported to an optical Center from the Judge. I want to say about two years ago. You can see it on the court history files.

Just because of what I have been able to observe with Jodi, so far, I am thinking she didn't want to catch him by surprise when she attacked...I thing she got her rush to see the fear in his eyes. To have him die, knowing that she was going to have HER way when it came to his life. She was about to give him the most intense message she intended to deliver...and dammit, he WAS going to pay attention to her, this time. That is the Jodi that I have come to see.
In recent crime sceen pics is that screen from TA's house? Can anyone direct me to pics of her Grandparents house taken after break-in? Saw briefly-looked like house from Hoarders.
I know I've seen people say that, but there is blood in the middle and there aren't drag marks through it is the defining thing to me.
On this one there is no way that little narrow spot is the width of Travis' whole body.

Still can't understand her answer about glasses. Reading glasses would be 2.25/2.75. When I got glasses last year I was nearsighted in 1 eye plus I needed glasses to read. For distance 100/125, reading 2.25/2.25. She may have just got it confused, but my vision loss was so severe I saw 2 different Drs. Still doesn't explain all the different glasses she wore at beginning of trial. I truly think she is wearing them for effect. Everytime she touches them I want to slap her. Wilmont does same thing, Stabby mimics her mannerisms as we all have seen.

If you go to tabularasa's library, they are all there and you can see, there is no clear path or drag smears in the middle of the hall. The north end is the only end she tried to clean up or turn him around in. Interesting to note that is also the end they found her print on the wall facing north and the hair right across from that.

I only wear very slight reading glasses from the drugstore (1.0 - - and those only for very fine print), so I am not familiar with various prescriptions for serious glasses. However, if she has worn several different pairs during the trial, I think that would tend to indicate that they are probably reading glasses from the drugstore? I doubt most inmates get to have multiple pairs of prescription glasses?
Does anyone have more info on this? How many different pairs has she worn during the trial?
I had assumed that one of the main purposes of the glasses was to make her look frumpy and librarianish, and less like a kinky, seductive, stalker. Just like her super frumpy clothing choices.
This one? That isnt untouched crime scene like tab's library is. This is after they worked the scene and laid down papers to walk on, fingerprinted and did the luminol and everything.
And all markers are removed.

There is no way Travis knew she was coming on June 4. She couldn’t tell him because he might tell someone and that would be a problem. I also question that she arrived at 4:00 am. That would be too risky that the roommate would see her there or Travis would see the roommate in the morning and tell him she was there. I think she waited for the roommate to leave for work before going in. Why go through all the trouble of hiding your presence in Arizona and then bump into the roommate.
I think what she told Flores in her second interview was mostly true regarding how the day went. He was cleaning and doing other stuff She was waiting to get him in the shower. She could have easily killed him in his sleep but she wanted him to suffer. In her mind, he needed to pay and she wanted him to know what was coming.
As far as the knife goes, she had to bring a knife with some kind of handle that protects your fingers or she improvised some kind of handle to protect her fingers. A kitchen knife would have been so saturated with blood that her hands would have slid down the handle and her hands would have been severely cut up much more than a couple of cuts. It takes a lot of force to do what she did and not receive severe wounds to the hands without some kind of protection.
Keep in mind that the last photo of Travis in the shower was the “accidental” photo taken at 5:30:30 of his lower half. If she attacks him immediately after that photo, that adds 44 seconds to the attack. The next photo is at 5:31:14. They believe the camera was 5-6 inches off the ground which would make sense if she’s bending over to stab him in the seated position. I think she’s already stabbing him in the shower at that point and may still have the camera in her hand and snapped that picture. Travis may have even kicked it from her hand.
If the attack starts at 5:30:30 while he is sitting in the shower, this explains the wounds to his chest and the defensive wounds on his hands. He had wounds on his feet and legs and may have been trying to kick her while sitting in the shower. I think he managed to get up and rush her like a “linebacker” (she always puts a little truth in there, helps her remember her BS). If he goes at her head first, that could explain the cuts to his head and may be when the 5:31:14 picture was taken and the camera goes flying.

She couldn’t believe it and started stabbing him in the back at that point. As he crawled down the hallway she continued to stab him. When he got to end of the tile is when she finished him off with the throat cut. She drags him back to the shower. Dragging someone that is soaked from being in the shower and also soaked in blood across a tile floor is not very difficult.
He was making the death noises and it freaked her out. She couldn’t believe he was still alive. At that point, she has a cut to her fingers and is exhausted. She decides to shoot him to end it. I don’t think she ever thought Travis could put up the fight that he did. It is amazing considering all of his injuries.
I think her plan was to kill him earlier in the day but he was cleaning and doing other things. She had to wait for him to shower. Because he showered so late, she had very little time to clean and did it frantically. If he showered earlier, she would have much more time to clean which was probably her plan. I also believe when she takes the last photo of him looking into the camera, she already has the knife out. JMO
Like everyone else, this is just my speculation. No one will ever really know.

"I was told".. isn't any proof a Bishop broke his oath on confidences. I don't believe a Bishop would do that murder or no murder. It's rumors just like the gabage about JA's tshirt was a group shirt and then Sky testifed is wasn't or that JA stole his journals and we find out Sky had them and the court ordered her to hand them over to the Def or she crawled through doggie doors only to find out he always left his regular door unlock and a lot of people including JA could walk in anytime.

I'm nearsighted. I never need reading glasses. My prescription is -2.50 (right) and -3.00 (left). I would have to watch the testimony again to be sure, but I'm pretty sure Devil Woman said her prescription in NEGATIVE 2.25/2.75. Hope that helps.
Can't be, Martinez brought out at trial there was no other blood found through the crime techs testimony. I don't think that is Travis' bed or dresser bottom either.
TA's mattress doesn't have those plastic guards on it.
