Not sure is this is to me? JW is the female lawyer not Nurmi the male. I've never seen her take his pen. He usually turns his back to her.

Took days, but I read all of your posts. Love the name "Stabby". Early in trial HLN Talking Head said this juristiction is very conservative. I am certain at least 1 of the "conservatives" on jury watches FOX. The video Miss Thing's antics in Interrogation room was re-played over and over. I can't see all 18 refraining from TV. Sure they take oath seriously, but how can they miss it??? Amazing that a trial this long has had no juror dropouts. They are all invested, and some of them must be feeling just like us. Just hope they don't deliberate forever and debate evidence/theories like we do or we are in for a long Verdict Watch. Juan should lead them in right direction in his closing. Go Juan! Can't wait for rebuttal.

Yes, that was JW, female def atty that tried to inject that theory when questioning the ME. Think it is on day 3, maybe 4.

replys said; I was looking at crime scene photos...in particular the ones that show the box of copy paper with the water/blood staining....it appears that there must have been a decent amount of water to seep up that much on the carton

    -------------

Yeah I was noticing that water/blood line on the box too. Not sure the water got that high...maybe the cardboard absorbed it. You know like absorbing it up.

    YAY!! That is fantastic news!

It was astonishingly scummy that the defense was trying to bring that in. A new low.

If I recall correctly the angle of the stab wounds on his back would make that impossible.

Or she used the cup and threw the water on the blood.
Or the shower could have been going during the whole attack- and the door could have been open.

I've always thought she used the towel that was found in washer to drag his body back down the hall. If she had soaked it in water to help make it easier to slide down the hallway that could account for were the water came from.

If she became suspect due to his friend saying she was a stalker, the case would never have made it to this point without the evidence she left behind.
I agree. Stabby would have been the obvious suspect, but I doubt the circumstantial evidence alone would have been enough. And while Stabby is almost certainly the one who slashed his tires, slashed his gf tires, etc, there is no proof it was her.

I think they would have been reluctant to file murder charges, and if they did, getting a conviction would have been very difficult.

Some where around there is a pic of just the empty shower with a clear capture of just the drain. Maybe tawnidilly? or HLN. I agree its just the drain so I'm not hunting it down.

I always thought she used it to stand on to change her bloody clothes and socks before getting out of dodge.

Possible. But my instinct is that this was just Stabby in an unguarded, natural state. Also, the unedited tape was much longer. They just pasted together all the extra cray cray parts for public consumption.

The cluster is one angle and two others are another. IIRC, the ME said it was possible. Then JM came back and drilled down by stabbing poor Mike a few ways and finished with, something like we don't have to hug someone to get those wounds do we'.

I wonder if the jury noticed she didn't wear them the first two days.

It kind of does, here's why I think that. If she dragged it through blood it would be blood soaked therefore smear blood onto the carpet or closet carpet .. wherever she had her change of clothes waiting and not wanting to leave footprints. She's good but she couldn't fly out of there. Somehow she had to get out without making exit prints.

Lol! Thanks, Sneakers! So, what the heck was so damn secretive about it, that he couldn't even write her name and hand it to the judge? She told him it would be sealed. I thought it was going to be some BOMB SHELL!
