I will never understand why people do things like this. I will never be able to comprehend the desire to end another's life when the choice is there to just walk away and move on with your life. I think most of us have been hurt, but we walked away. You cut that person out of your life. You don't end their life. No matter how I try, I will never, ever be able to understand it. And maybe that is a good thing. Maybe that is what makes me a normal human being. If so, I'm glad that I just don't get it. It is so pointless and tragic. :(

It's the shower wall after TA's body was removed. The pictures of the shower after his body was removed sicken me almost more than the picture of his body in the shower.
When JM was asking Stabby to point out where exactly she was in front of the shower when she dropped the camera he had the picture of TA's body in the shower up, she faked sobbed while peeking through her fingers and wouldn't mark the photograph.
When Nurmi on redirect put the same picture up she was composed and matter of fact and had no problem answering his questions or marking the spot where she says she was.
re: new crime scene photos - for those who have viewed them, are they of the victim? I cannot look at those. But I would be interested in looking at ones that just involve the crime scene itself.

I agree with you Sneakers, those are the ones that get to me too.
No more body pics so far. It mostly looks like Travis' house/crime scene and more of Jodi's grandparents'. There look to be some pics of the gun case or whatever at her gparents, etc.

There is one picture of a screen laying on the ground. I assume that they took the pic initially thinking that Travis' killer popped the screen out and climbed through the window. Now, Jodi might have done that, if she wasn't able to get in the doggie door or something (like it was locked?).

That felt like someone slapped me! I'm just stunned that thing (sorry I can't even see her as a human woman anymore) can see the same images we have seen, knowing she did that, that she knows what she did to him (because she DOES remember!) and still be able to lie about it.
Not that I would ever hurt anyone in that way but I sure as hell would be in pieces in front of a courtroom filled with people, family etc, begging forgiveness and feeling utter remorse!
I keep willing her to break down and say she is sorry and mean it. I keep willing her to just admit it all and take back all the lies. I suppose that is too much to hope for.

It looks like the knives they pulled out of the dishwasher -- exhibit 68 -- were steak knives. No way she did that to him with a steak knife. She took the weapon with her. It also seems like the knives from the butcher block are accounted for, so it was unlikely from Travis' house unless he had random extra knives.
I have always believed that she brought the knife with her. That belief is backed up by these pictures, as well as by the fact that when she was arrested, she was carrying 2 knives in her luggage. No idea her plans for those knives, but it reinforces the idea that Jodi does in fact travel with knives (and a gun).

I have to admit, I don't understand why people actually expect anything like that. Please don 't be offended, but I am honestly sincerely at a loss how a mind would ignore everythingthey see and know, spent spend days, weeks, months on it all, then what appears to me to be deny it all nd still 'expect' any conscience or anything but what we see .. evil. It is right before us in pictures, reality, documents, hours and hours of psychological chatter etc.
I can understand JA easier than those that still expect anything out of her. And I mean this as a genuine question - WHY do people refuse to accept? Not to get unto a pulpit, but, from my own religious beliefs, I have no problem knowing and accepting what is right before my eyes ... evil is alive and rules this earth. I accept as readily as I know and accept God. He tells us what evil is, this is not a surprise in my belief.
Is she the one that rolls her eyes so much when Jodi is testifying? She is so expressive--especially the "Bitch, please!" face she makes so often in response to the crap coming out of Jodi's mouth.

You have a conscience. Stabby does not. She does not feel sorry and she will never feel sorry. She is actually probably mad at Travis for putting her in this position, and believes this is all his fault (crazy but true).
If she ever did break down and say she was sorry, it would not be genuine, it would just be her "comporting" her behavior to fit the expectations of society or try and get something for herself (like less punishment). Just like her fake crying on the stand. I am convinced that the reason she put her hand up in front of her face every time she "broke down" on the stand is to hide the fact that she was not really upset or crying at all. It is easier to fake the sound of crying than it is to actually have tears come out.
