That said, outside of court, it is FACINATING information, thanks for sharing it. I never believed there was anything wrong with the finger in the first place and thought she was faking that even. JM is going with it is indeed an injury so I'll accept that, he knows better than I. I had an in-law with an exaggerated form of what JA has. She had cut her finger badly once and the perm 'bent over' was due to cutting the tendon.
That's exactly what I think Was, that her tendon probably got cut when she was stabbing Travis. It's exactly what she shows to Det. Flores in the interrogation - when she shows him that finger and says she got a cut, then she shows it to him and he can barely find it because it is right on the creases and he says something like, "that looks like the kind of cut that happens to the person holding a bloody/slippery knife." I think that is exactly what happened.

Thanks for the feedback. I was really nervous to send it in because I would really rather never have to take the stand in court let alone in a case like this! I'm no Gus, I don't want that kind of spotlight!!! But I do feel that it was important to send that info in and leave it to them. Again, I doubt they'll call me. I wonder if he could use the email and just show her journal entry mentioning going to the event and say, "did you know that there was an individual that met you at that event and that she clearly saw that you had no broken finger?" I could see him doing that - I'm not sure it would be important for him to do much beyond that. Dunno!!

Hey Chelsey--Since you knew her and initially thought she seemed like a nice person, I'm curious as to what you thought about that crazy video that came out yesterday.

I think if I knew her, the behavior she exhibited after that interrogation would have really creeped me out even more...

Don't be nervous, remember, JM is passionate and protective no matter what. I think your bravery is commendable. Even if he can't or won't use it, you probably added to his own inner peace by giving him this knowledge supporting he was on the right track. We all know that helps a person internally and prosecutors (um, most that is lol ) are just as human as the rests of us.

Do you remember way back, there were pics of her in a skirt and like a close up of her hands? I can't find those now but I know they were around at one time!

Yeah, that would make no sense at all. The defense had no involvement in the initial investigation of the crime, when the crime scene photos would have been taken.

I was asking about the new crime scene photos yesterday. Someone mentioned that additional photos would be released.

oh my goodess .. His grandma has beautiful eyes! The entire family is very attractive. My heart goes to them all but, I have to confess, I have a favorite in Samantha. I'm so drawn to her for some reason, can't explain it. It's her visible pain, it grabs my heart. I have a feeling she might have been the one closer emotionally to Travis out of the sisters.

As interested as we all are in ChelseyDawn's story we should all probably refrain from asking her any questions about it until after the Prosecution completes it's closing arguments or maybe even until after the verdict. If we are concerned about her being called as a witness and what the defense might do with an "active" poster then we should stop asking her questions about it. JMO.

Well, I think at this point my reactions are probably similar to most of yours'. I feel weirded out by it for sure! Maybe the extra dimension I have is the thought in the back of my mind like, "holy shiz (or jizz in JA's case) I can't believe I liked that freak show!!!" Maybe its just a bit more poignant to me to see the true nature behind the false demeanor. It definitely does weird me out and makes you think who the hell else that you know is just a facade on the front and crazy on the inside. It's a scary thought.

Ah thanks! :) I THINK I know which pic your talking about, but I'm not completely sure. (Oh, I also forgot to mention that those new member events were only about once every 3 months and all the new members in the past 3 months were encouraged to go. So she may have technically moved into the ward within three months prior but would still be included in that event. So she may have moved into our ward as early as late October, but she still would have gone to that January new member night. I don't think she ever really attended actual church meetings though, because I looked for her and never saw her)

I think it is also the fact that she looks SOOOO much like Travis. The very young looking sister also resembles him a lot too. But Tanisha and the brother (Tanisha especially) look less like him. When I look at Sam I just see so much of him in her that it just strikes me all the harder. So sad for them!

Sociopaths are often extremely adept at hiding their cray cray very well. Most know how normal people are "supposed" to behave, and they are able to mimic those behaviors quite convincingly.

Do you know how old she is?? Sometimes she looks like an adult and sometimes like a child. She just has a REALLY young look to her so I can't gauge her age. I thought I heard she was married though, so she'd definitely be adult at least. Don't know why I struggle so much with thinking she is a kid.

Docs are at Justice4Travis FB page.

I think it's way late on Chelsey 'talking' to us concerns lol However, no offense, but I have every confidence she is a smart adult and can decide what she wishes to do for herself in regards to posting or not.

I always kinda thought it was messed up when ppl let their prejudices cloud their fair judgement. As Chelsea re: b4 in the beginning she would have never thought that JA was capable of committing the crime. Thankfully there are ppl out in the world like Chelsea that can be open minded and go by facts and not emotions. I always try to be devil's advocate for both sides and try to see things from a person's perspective regardless of the side they are on. While I don't think TA was a saint, I can't rationalize for whatever reason him being butchered in the manner that he was. I worked in a police dept. I have seen abused women, I have seen mentally ill ppl. They just don't act the way JA acts. She is trying to play the system any way she can and it makes me furious for the ppl that are truly abused or mentally deficient..ok thats my rant for the day..

It's a common trait in most personality disorders. My mother is classic NPD (just a hair shy of a sociopath). One of the things she does that drives me up a wall is that any time someone is very ill or dies, she has to call and tell me about it (exhibiting an overstated amount of false emotion).

Before she moved to Arizona, the only time she ever called me was when somebody died... not kidding.

hum, I don't see that correlation at all. I remarked a long time ago on looks alone, to me, she bears a striking resemblance to Kendra (whats her name playboy mansion gal).

There is other little nuances, Samantha is the note taker of them all. And appears to be the quiet one, I haven't seen her wanting any fanfair on TV etc either.
Steve, I love his expressions. Even though he tries not to react and does a good job, he has these ever so subtle expressions.
Tanisha, represents pure anger, it is written all over her face. I love love when her and her hubby would show affection when killer had to sit up there and watch them. Seeing a love she will NEVER know.

I have been convinced for years that my husband is. He is always "on" like he is acting a part. Sometimes a bit over dramatic. His friends all think he is wonderful but eccentric. I've heard him on so many occasions make up ridiculous stories that I know for fact are lies. I guess that is what is so intriguing to me with this case is to see JA show so many similarities to him.
