I don't know why I felt the compulsion to watch that stupid video again with Jodi standing on her head. It's like looking at those really disgusting pictures of veneral disease in the family medical book. Looking, getting grossed out, looking again, then slamming the book shut swearing to never look again.

It is so bizarre and discombobulating , that it becomes rather mesmerizing, in a way. Perhaps we think if we watch it again, it will make more sense.

Yes, she did. There is a post from her about it from a day or so back.

They would not accept the info via phone, but they gave her an email addy. She contacted them via email and gave them the details of what she knew. Now the ball is in their court.

"We were able to confirm via fingerprints that the person in [the police report] is not Travis. It is Dennis Alexander ... [The] booking photo is of Dennis, using Travis' name," Sgt. Lisa McConnell, of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, told The Huffington Post Tuesday evening.

On Monday, HuffPost reported that court documents in Travis Alexander's name show an arrest and conviction for fighting with a security guard and shoplifting in Riverside, Calif., in 2002. Arias supporters had also obtained copies of the court documents and were posting the information online, in an apparent attempt to show that Alexander was prone to violent outbursts, as Arias alleged in court earlier this month.

I think they can still bring in new info since he still has a rebuttal and he would bring in new stuff since she is claiming all sorts of NEW things that he now gets to counter. I know it was pretty recent that they just requested for Dave Hall's video of Travis shooting guns into this and have subpoenaed him for the prosecution. That was, what, a week ago.

Yeah, I have no clue what will happen. I guess if you guys suddenly don't start hearing from me for a while, it'll probably be due to subpoena (unless it is the first week of April and that will be because I'll be on vacay!!!). If they feel it will help the case, then I will gladly be a witness. We'll see.

I actually had a dream about having to take the stand yesterday and Nurmi was cross examining me. So weird...

The defense would have gotten any crime scene photos they have from the state through the discovery process.
