My bad, it says MESA County Sheriff's Dept. You can see it on the video here. http://www.hlntv.com/video/2013/03/1...ustody?hpt=ts1

I kinda noticed the quality of the sex pics of JA and her two-car garage and the ones of TA were totally different. While JA's were all head on and there is no doubt she is posing, TA on the bed is at not even a full side angle more of a diagonal view. JA being the budding Annie Leibovitz if you will would have had a better angle if TA was knowingly posing. This brings me to theorize that the two pics of him on the bed were taken probably under the guise that she was over on the side (it seems like there was table or nightstand or something) possibly pretending to put the camera up. The pic witb TA with his hand with the two fingers up could be him motioning for her to come back to bed. I do think he posed for shower pics. She might have even taunted him when that last one was taken, saying, "Don't you think everyone at the temple would be interested in knowing that you aren't the virgin you claim to be and I have proof right here!" Whereas he possibly replied back, "You fucking bitch, I'm gonna kill you!" (not meaning literally) and at that second is when she snapped that last pic of his face. IMO he looked pissed in that pic. Then thats when she dropped the camera because she had started stabbing him. Again that's where the half truths of what actually came into play. Long winded theory I know..but think and discuss...
My good friend has PTSD from two abusive relationships. Poor thing can't trust men now and even has a hard time trusting people. She's been watching this trial and she can't believe how Jodi and her "doctors" are claiming PTSD. When you have PTSD you would give ANYTHING to forget what you've gone through. You remember EVERYTHING. It haunts you 24-7. She can't even talk about it without crying, and this stuff happened to her years ago! There is no "fog" that rolls in. So many things trigger her PTSD. smells, words, places, people, it's relentless! People with PTSD fight their whole life to forget what they've gone through. She can only hope that some day the memories will fade, but she doesn't think they'll happen anytime soon. Her therapist says it will take decades. When she left her abusive relationships, she had to sneak out while they were at work. If she would have had to defend herself and use deadly force (a gun) she would have ran straight to get help. If she were brought up on murder charges, she wouldn't have been able to keep herself together. She'd be a complete mess. They'd be taking her out on a stretcher! She sure as HELL wouldn't be able to look (or peek) at autopsy photos! There is no fog with PTSD. There's medication you can take to calm yourself when you have an attack, but you never, ever forget what happened- down to the last detail. Jodi is clearly a sociopath. Where's Dr Hare when you need him?!
PTSD and amnesia should never be used in the same sentence!
HLN guy kinda does a re-enactment of the 62 seconds. http://www.hlntv.com/video/2013/03/1...lexander-death

That sounds right (and of course, it's taking more effort to reply to this post than to Google it, but I'm still not gonna bother... lol)
I bet Maricopa County owns the video since it's evidence in their trial, so I guess that does make sense. HLN probably labeled it wrong... and considering I often hear them making comments about Arizona laws that I know to be incorrect, it's not exactly a surprise.![]()
I agree that he didn't know she was coming and that he certainly didn't invite her to stop over. She would have gone in through the doggie door if she had to; she was a woman with a mission - to murder Travis. What she didn't plan on was his fighting back or at least his fighting for his life.
Travis rejected her, called her a sociopath, and said she was the worst thing that happened to him...that sealed his fate.

This is so true. My husband and I were discussing it last night. Part of PTSD is remembering everything about the horrible event. You can sometimes experience amnesia as to CURRENT events when you have PTSD because you sometimes relive the event, but you don't forget it.
Even Dr. Drew was saying that it didn't work the way the expert witness described it (not that he's an authority on the subject, but still...).
if you dont think he knew she was coming how do you explain the pics taken before the shower?
I don't think that meant he knew; the sex shots were around 1:30, she supposedly arrived around 4 a.m. She herself said she went in and watched him covertly as he viewed the Youtubes that Dworkin said he was viewing at that time. She may have told him via phone when she was close, and he was too nervous to go to sleep. She would not text her visit (that puts her at the scene) or tell him ahead of time because she could not risk him mentioning it to someone and ruining her alibi. (usually a secret, but maybe she thought this time would not be in light of that text days prior)
[QUOTE=Freethinker;3356539]They sure need to be sure those shelf sizes are correct. Unless those builders are super tall, they sure don't look as tall as the original pictures
The guy in the blue shirt is Mike Brooks of InSession and I heard him say the other day that he is 6'7"...so yes he is VERY tall
he actually went over by a few seconds; according to jodi's version by the timestamped photos, the attack until the drag with slit throat was 62 seconds. That is why i think the attack began at the sitting photo, that was an inadvertant photo as she began. It all happened so fast either way, she had to be possessed by her anger and adrenaline. She was obviously strong core wise evidenced by that headstand and how easily she was able to do it. Maybe they could enter it for that reason, to show how fit she was.
The Daily Mail - a UK website, shows Arias standing on her head, laughing, singing, going through trash after Detective Flores left the room. We all know that if you are interrogated, they watch behind a glass. Just a real conniving sociopath.
