Never underestimate the power of sex. Especially for a guy with no previous experience. And she appeared to be his ONLY sex option.

So she couldn't have shot him at the end of bathroom hallway and drug him back in the bathroom. MAYBE she his the gun in the linen closet that is actually in the bathroom? She would probably be able to reach that without climbing up on the shelves, and even so, they probably weren't standalone shelves like in the closet.
good points... I say the gun was in the closet at some point and she retrieved it... as you point out that would have to be before any attack on Travis. She could have had her "tools" in-place and then put the plan into action.

Why wouldn't she just hide the gun and the knife in her backpack? Easy enough to have it sitting handy in the bathroom.

Yeah! I'm gonna leave them to some Amateur Theater Company for when they produce period pieces. They can stick 'em in their wardrobe inventory.

Busted in another lie...I am just now watching the last part with the juror's questions...this might have already been discussed. But the jury asked how many times she saw Travis's gun. She said 3 times, 1) when she discovered it, 2) another time when she was cleaning and 3) June 4th.

She said earlier today that Travis "took the gun to do something" in December. She lied about her own lie!

Okay....so, what is rolled up in a pile, on the bed, at the crime scene?
And, here I thought the best way to say it was with flowers!!!!!

Yeah, you'd think one being dripping with blood would have stood out. Of course, she could have cleaned it off upstairs since there was no blood outside of the room. However, I believe blood will show up in forensics unless cleaned with something like bleach and they said they tested all of the knives at his home. None were the murder weapon.

I get in my shower to rinse the hair dye off (which happens to be a VERY blood red color) in my shower stall (same stand up type Travis had) and as the dye is rinsing down everywhere... looking just like blood... all I could picture was IT, rinsing blood off over the poor dead body. It was actually, visually, quite awful. Man. That'll never be a thought that's not present now.

    =(

And to whoever noticed all of Travis' shoes - Im on a stupid tablet tthat doesn't like cooperating (maybe I should dub it Jodi) - I noticed too! Wonder what happened to em all (& is that wrong)?
JODI RUINS EVERYTHING!!! She has ruined: pop rocks, tootsie pops, toblerones, ninjas, starbucks, California Pizza Kitchen, Mormonism, Sex of any kind, photography, KY, and now hair dye...and I'm probably missing fifty other things!!!

PUSSYPOWER!!!! (I also think he was a bit infatuated with her. His comments to her makes me think she was like a beauty and sex goddess in his eyes. I think he had a bit of a self-esteem problem, even though he came off arrogant, and she made him feel like he was really something because he got a woman like her - just going by his own statements and how he seemed to idolize her looks and body).

I have friends who do amateur/small theater, and any small company would be delighted to have such a donation.

Yes, she did. I certainly hope the jury noticed. And that Juan mentions it in his closing.

Maybe he didn't let her in. They didn't have sex and she took the nudies, Travis's photos under duress. I read a great suporting argument for this on a internet mystery site.

What size are ya? I've got this great pair of mahogany, glossy leather, (Men's) Swiss Ballys, size 8-1/2, "D" width, I bought at Ala Moana Shopping Centre in Honolulu about 35 years ago. Wore them twice! The height of fashion at the time. My grandsons don't want 'em. They prefer the stuff made in China.

You want 'em? You got em.

The nakey photo of Jodi, lying on the bed, with her hair in braids.....something unnerving about the expression on her face. Her eyes look empty. Like the "lights" have already gone out, upstairs.

Agreed that the power of sex is most undeniable to a lot of men. I only question the lack of previous experience. He seemed to be pretty sex savvy , using the term creampie etc, to not have some experience. Is it the liars word that he was a virgin? I just don't see it. It seems to me he was a secret keeper so I doubt he would be bragging about conquests.

This is most definitely not a judgement on him but more a question of if that is just another one of her lies.

I think it was a "production" a thrill killing in a way so she had a plot in her head. But, I like Dr. Drew's guest's theory.. she brought the gun from Yreka.. it jammed after the first shot (like the ninja gun in her 2nd version) and she had to finish the job with a knife. Shot him first, he coughs blood at the sink, makes it down the hallway as she's getting the knife, she catches him at the end of the hallway and finishes him off... takes him to the shower to rinse off blood evidence... then goes into cover-up mode.

This is where Travis's family history comes into play. His parents were meth addicts. At least two siblings were meth users, one of which stole his identity and served prison time. He is accustomed to close family members who were users and manipulative cons. Whether it be victims/villain or saint/sinner dichotomy, he adapted to these themes. So for him to let Jodie into the house by invitation or surprise would not be outrageous. He was habituated to crazy happenings. His formative years was spent in chaos. He was attracted to Jodie cause she was familiar.

Stabby claims he was NOT a virgin, and that he did have experience, because he told her about other women.

His family, friends and former girlfriends believe the opposite.

During the "phone sex tape" Stabby made, he happens to mention that he had never even masturbated before he met her.

--------------- I suppose we will never know for sure what the truth of it is, but I DO believe his comment that he had never masturbated before. I assume because of his religious beliefs. And any guy who is THAT inexperienced, I would tend to believe has probably never had sex.

Also, what would POSSIBLY be the point of his claiming never to have even masturbated before he met her (during phone sex), if it wasn't true? It was not part of some fantasy they were acting out or anything. I think he just made a spontaneous utterance when he realized "here I am having phone sex and masturbating and describing kinky fantasies, and before I met you, babe, I had never even masturbated before! Wow, life can be strange!"
