I don't know how the June 3, 2008 supposed neck photos have an relevance to this case? She didn't arrive to Travis's until early AM June 4. SO if she did have injuries to her neck on June 3, they couldn't have been from Travis. Am I wrong in thinking this?

I thought he was going to challenge her on something, using the photographs she took of her finger injury?
For me, I think that perhaps he is trying to say that she documents everything, including her various injuries. Maybe she had an injury on her neck from something else and took a pic of it? That plus the pic of the bloody finger show she takes pics of injuries. So, why would she never take pictures of the ones Travis supposedly gave her?!?! Just my thought of where that was going... :)

This is beyond farcical now. I thought at one point the Judge was possibly being astute letting this shit go on. If she's being monitored, and I'm sure she is, she needs her knuckles (w)rapped. As far as Jodi's concerned she's showed no direction. Nurmi -meh - he's just an arse that's under the cosh and opens that mouth to object so often, it's like a fish constantly wanting fed. He and Wilmott are getting away with certain behaviours and I totally believe they're trying to influence the jury. It's her job to deal with all of this.
I know it's a different state, but the judge in the Michelle Young case (I'm sure his name was Stephens too) would have been excellent in a case like this, took no bullshit from anyone, but was so fair. I do appreciate this is a DP case, but there have been countless others before this, and from what I've read, what's going on here is kinda unprecedented. So why is it continuing?
Her timing for breaks is always at a pretty crucial time, and the amount of time spent on actual testimony is becoming less and less each day. It so must frustrate the jury no end. And while I'm on a rant and in this fkn mood, the technicians should have that court-room well sorted!
