I think JM finally talked her through the fact that she was holding the gun and there was a trigger, so she had to have SHOT him. the gun didn't just "go off"

Right?... plus having been surrounded by fellow inmates to help contrive a more plausible theory.
--- I bet she was thinking "Crap, I should have testified (lied) & said TA grabbed for the knife & it slipped from his hands & that's when I (JA) grabbed it"
    Juan is so Brilliant !!!

HA. It's like a neverending tennis match.

I remember wanting Jodi to take the stand. Who in the hell would have thunk that I would want her GONE and quite?

When I am starting to remember each picture with the EX #- that means to me they keep repeating stuff way to much.

Does it look like Jodi will be off the stand anytime soon? Heck no.
Especially since they have maybe 1.5 to 3 hours (max) of testimony a DAY, 4 days a WEEK!

The attorneys review the questions and have a chance to get them out. I guess if they're repetitive they won't be asked. So, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

J: Who knows? At that point he had already almost killed me. I wasn't thinking when he almost killed me before that I was gonna possibly die, I was just thinking I couldn?t breathe, no air, that's all I could think of before I passed out, but it was later on I realized I could have died if he had just held on to my neck a little longer, so I didn't want that to happen, obviously, so I ran into the closet, and I slammed the door, and I intended to run through the opposite end of the door because it has another exit, and as soon as I got in there and began to run, I remembered where he kept a gun, so I grabbed it. I jumped up on the shelf. He kept it on the very top. I grabbed it and then I ran out the other door as he opening the door. And he ran, chasing me, and I turned around and pointed it at him so that it 15:16 would stop chasing me
Good catch! The "IT" comment! Ironically, this is Travis' friends refer to her on facebook!

no - prolly not because its a DP case, they said the defense could always say that the one question not answered could have saved her

They don't do the spring ahead thing, so it should start in about 10 mins.

Totally agree. In this case, they should have kept their client off the stand. I'm glad they didn't though, because she just proves the prosecutions case with each word that passes over her forked tongue!
