Am listening to Beth Karas on HLN... She just said JA said she didn't have the knife when she shot him... Has JA ever said she SHOT him? I only hear her say the gun went off... JA takes zero responsibility pisses me off backwards... correct me if I am wrong. gently. haha

I think JM finally talked her through the fact that she was holding the gun and there was a trigger, so she had to have SHOT him. the gun didn't just "go off"

I wonder if there is ever a point when the judge will stop the jury questions. The questions lead to her answers which lead to more direct questions, which lead to more cross questions, which lead to more jury questions.

Does it look like Jodi will be off the stand anytime soon? Heck no.

Especially since they have maybe 1.5 to 3 hours (max) of testimony a DAY, 4 days a WEEK!

The attorneys review the questions and have a chance to get them out. I guess if they're repetitive they won't be asked. So, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

They let her blab too much on direct! 8 days that were subject to cross and juror questions. Then she keeps changing details, makes her look more like a liar. If they had to put her on, they should have kept it brief. I hope Jodi really enjoyed her trip down memory lane, it's gonna cost her.

Totally agree. In this case, they should have kept their client off the stand. I'm glad they didn't though, because she just proves the prosecutions case with each word that passes over her forked tongue!
