Thanks to berm, poppym and tawnidilly, I put together the jury questions and poppym's inconsistancies by categories. I found it very interesting to see it this way!

Travis is said to be a very forgiving understanding person. One theory on this might be, his bottom line was, 'I can't prove it was her' for his own conscience to seal his convictions. Inbetween the bad, sociopaths always are masters at making good / loving moments. It really is a rollercoaster of black and white. And, could be as simple as ALL tumultueous relationships, its hard to let go sometimes until you can't make any more excuses for why someone is hurting you.



I'm starting to question as far back as March. JM confronted her with the journal entry of March 2! Dates with Mimi and slasher 'accidendtly' falling asleep in his house.
Tires were slashed back before that in like Nov / Dec! These are pure psycho shit all the way back and I now believe, she had been stewing a long time.

I agree with both of these! I always ask myself why he would let her crazy butt in after everything she had done in the past. Surely the sex couldn't be the only reason. If you read Travis' blog, he make's a quote on it from a passage of Marianne Williamson's book "A Return to Love". This book is about loving EVERYONE and forgiveness. It goes into great detail on these matters relating to God. It seems like this was his mindset and how he was trying to live his live. Very sad if you ask me.

Authorities in California have confirmed Travis Alexander, the man Jodi Arias is charged with murdering, was the victim of an identity theft that resulted in a mistaken criminal record.

There is a crime scene photo that shows the front of the house, and a car in the driveway with police tape blocking it off. The car is white. I'm not sure the make and model. It could be an unmarked police car for all I know. I don't know if it's a rental. But when I saw that picture, that was my first thought too. I tried to upload it here but HuffPo is assing up on me (and this is where I get most of the pictures from). I will keep trying though.

I agree with you about her malingering about the "fog" and the rest of her bullsh*t story but her use of present tense when discussing TA I think is just another sign of her obsession. In her mind he is her's ~ now and forever. I don't think she's even aware she's doing it. It makes her look more like a crazy stalker/obsessive and if she was aware I think she's try to not do it.

Sorry to quote myself again, but I wanted to re-post this. It was originally posted over the weekend so I think it got lost in the drama, and if people didn't back read they didn't get to see it. In reference to the duct tape found, that I think everyone thought was in the bathroom (hence the speculation about what was around Travis' arm...body bug or duct tape). I was all excited posting it and then nothing was said about it. LOL

Something I noticed from this link...there has been a lot of debate about the duct tape found. There is a slideshow at the bottom of this site with all the crime scene photos among other things. The camera found in the washer is marked #38, the washer #37, inside the washer 38 (the camera) and #39 clothes, the dryer #41 and the duct tape #40. So, CLEARLY, the duct tape was found in the laundry room, not the bathroom. These pictures are from HuffPo as I saw this on the slide show and couldn't figure out how to save. HuffPo does not have the picture where the dryer marked #41 with the duct tape on the floor marked #40 but the slideshow at the above link does. THE DUCT TAPE IS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, not the bathroom!*
