Sorry I didn't explai it better. Thought I did in my first post. I should've said sometimes the receipt has been in my pocket and the numbers on the receipt r not legible anymore. That's the times that they type misc cause they can't see the numbers on the receipt . They see the amount but not those 12 or 15 digit numbers on it .

Grease gets on the numbers on the receipt so u can't see the numbers but u see how much I paid for it or maybe not but u do see the description of the item
I return back to wal mart to return item
They can't see numbers on receipt
They use misc code to refund my money in cash
How does that go back into their system as a returned gas can ?

I remember this video! First saw snippets of it in a documentary about the brutal murder of a toddler by two 10 year olds, that rocked the UK in 1993. In a follow up panel discussion on the two boys, (the case had a huge impact here) there was much heated debate on the born evil, genetic malfunction etc., issues and this video was played in it's entirety. Good find! I don't suppose we'll ever find out what went on in Jodi's younger life, but I'm pretty sure if she was sexually abused, it would have been a big part of her defence in relation to her claims of Travis being a peadophile.

Very random thoughts....
1. I absolutely despise hearing her say that Travis "passed away." No bitch he was
BRUTALLY MURDERED by you. Stop acting like he passed away from natural causes.
2. Travis did not know he was going to die on June 4, 2008. If there were a stack of pedo
pics they would have been found in his house.
3. I think it is absurd that she claims it took her 8 months to read the Book of Mormon.
When you take the lessons from the missionaries prior to being baptized you would be
expected to read the Book of Mormon before baptism. It is not a huge book. I am sure
she had read it so that she could discuss it with Travis and prove to him how devoted she
was. She is saying she hadn't read it now so that she can say she didn't know that sex
off limits. What a joke!
4. I think it is odd that some people believe that meeting Ryan Burns was anything but an
alibi for this murder. She would have loved to canceled this trip but damnit she needed
a reason to be out of Yreka. They only attended a small portion of one of the PPL meeting
and her total time with Ryan was so minimal! Being so delayed arriving and then leaving
in the predawn hours.
5. I have to admit that although it took Jen and Nurmi a long time to find the perfect pair of
eyeglasses for her....they struck gold! These glasses make her nose look huge and they
almost flash a subliminal message that says "battered librarian!" Does anyone else notice
that when she takes them off to read (lol) you can see a little glimpse of the old Jodi?

The justice system works to mete out punishments that are fitting of the crime committed. If we don't hold people to those punishments, then yes, it's a loss to society.

This woman is guilty, of first degree murder, by LAW, not by personal opinion, she deserves the punishment that comes along with it.

6. As for the license plate situation, I think she had a 2nd set of plates that were AZ plates.
That would have blended very well while the car was parked at Travis' house. Then while
she was still "in the fog" she changed the plates and accidentaly put the one tag on upside
down and she didn't put the front one on at all. Remember she was sooo late getting to
Utah.
7. Anyone else out there wonder if Casey Anthony is watching? I have to believe she does
and she critiques every defense decision.
8. I think she accidentaly threw camera in the washer and then when she was leaving she
did not have time to keep looking for it. Personally, I would not have left without it!
9. I wish during her interrogation they would have left her alone with a file of the pics they
had already shown her and watched her on camera, she would not have been able to
resist sneaking a peek. Watching her "attempt" to flirt with detective Flores was
disgusting!

They do sometimes refund cash if it is a debit card, at least my Walmart has. They ALWAYS mark through the item to show that it was returned. Nowadays they actually take your id as well and notate it in the computer with the receipt number. I also saw in a post 1,000 or so pages back someone said that they do not take Kerosene cans back. IDK if that is true or not.

That would make it a lot simpler, if they have a policy of not taking kerosene cans back. Could be true because I read that it's dangerous to mix kerosene and gasoline.
It's kind of difficult to prove a negative. Someone has to search the records and show the kero can is not there. It would be easier for defense to go and find the actual return record.

By the way, these big stores have all these records on computer and all the stores are connected, (we called it going *live*). Our records left the store after a couple of days and were retained on a central computer. So, after 4 years we're talking to Wal-mart central, not Wal-mart Salinas.

11. I will never understand how hard it could have been to keep her journals private. She
could have simply hid them. I havent heard any testimony of Travis ever visiting her in
any of the places where she lived. She could have simply bought a fireproof document
type box that either has a key of combination lock. They are inexpensive. You know she
probably brought it to Travis house so she could write in it just so he could "find it" and
get jealous (she hoped). I dont think he would have gone to great lengths to get it.
12. As for the Neutrogena products on the receipt. THere used to be a sunscreen product
that they made that came in a box. I often wondered if maybe she opened the box and
replaced this product with the contents from a box of hair color so that the receipt would
not show hair color. Just a thought...
13. I know there has been alot of speculation as to whether she took he was aware of her
naughty pics. I would think if he were wanting them taken then he would surely have
wanted one of her tied up since they went to such lengths (pun intended) to make it
happen. Not to mention that was one of their future plans for photo ideas of tying her to
a tree. Since this was such a fantasy of his (according to her) he would have wanted a
rope pic.
