This is right. I remember her saying she tossed the underwear but took this picture of the shirt because she knew her time was running out (the cops were closing in her). Early on in the trial it was said (not by Jodi, of course) that Travis had those shirts made up to support his blog and the back of the shirt states the name of the blog or some such. I believe this to be true, and Jodi made the underwear herself because she's cray like that.

I don't think she's malingering when she talks of him the present tense, I think it's because in her mind he's hers now forever. I don't think she even knows it doing it. I do however, find it it disturbing and very creepy.

no idea. I've always looked at it as though it was her (just) blonde hair. But now that you mention it, it could be her multi-colored hair. Possibly taken in April or May 2008?

Martinez brilliant surprise question on Jodi Arias purchase of quantities of gas sufficient to fill 1) the tank of her Ford Focus; 2) 2 gas containers with a capacity of 5 gals each; 3) a third quantity of 5.09 gals of gasoline that must have gone into a third container--the one she said she didn't have when she left Salinas. The top picture looks more like what I see in the t-shirt picture. Not seeing the blonde at all in the bottom picture. Can't see how both could have been taken around the same time. I hope JM has something from the salon she went to in Salinas showing she dyed her hair before she went to Mesa.

Yes, but before she was arrested. I stated on my previous post she knew that the cops were closing in on her so she took this picture with the shirt on. There was some speculation in the thread early on that this picture must've been taken when she lived in Mesa because of the crown molding which neither Travis nor her Grandparents house had. But she testified that the picture was taken before she was arrested.

and if she doesn't get the DP will you feel like your team lost? Of course she should pay for her crime but I'm not the judge nor the jury ,I wouldn't want those shoes...Alot of people have alot of different ideas of what "justice" should be in this case.

Jodi made choices, each and every day since she met Travis Alexander, to end up in the spotlight in which she now stands. She danced her way across the stage of Inside Edition. 48 Hours. She challenged the law (no jury will convict me....mark my words!), went to unfathomable lengths to commit and cover up her crimes. She would have likely avoided being faced with the DP if she had just told the friggin truth, anywhere along the lines. Instead, she is STILL up there, on the stage. Acting her little heart out. Making ludicrous claims that attempt to further blame the victim. "I can't help it if Travis walked into a knive almost 30 times while I was in my fooooooooooooooooog! That was HIS fault, dammit!" If it was up to me, she would be long gone.....she gave up her right to life when she took his. I don't give a rat's ass HOW her freedom is taken away.....I only care that it is. I feel no empathy for her.

I don't think so; too risky. For one thing, Travis' roommate Enrique would normally have been home shortly after the murder occurred. If I recall, he rode the bus and the route was running behind schedule that day, so he arrived home later than usual, which I believe was 6pm. If a friend arrived as she was leaving or sometime after, to try and clean the scene, that person risked being caught sneaking into and out of the house, especially getting caught red-handed with evidence. If there was someone who was a stranger to Enrique, most likely he would've called the police and that would've likely led to the discovery of Travis' body (way too soon for Jodi). If it was a mutual friend of Jodi/Travis or someone otherwise known to the roommates, then they are easily identifiable and easily pegged as having been at the scene.

Also, a big part of why things went undiscovered for 5 days was because the roommates thought Travis had already left for Cancun. If a mutual friend was there, what else could they say but they were visiting Travis if they were caught and put on the spot? At that point, if the roommates thought that Travis was home (instead of already in Cancun) then they most likely would've found it odd not to see him for days after, and they would've likely gone to his room sooner, and discovered the body.

For another thing though, I don't think Jodi could involve anyone else, and risk that they would turn her in for what she did. I mean, maybe she did/does have some friend(s) who would have no issue with her committing a heinous murder and being able to help cover it up. But, naive though it may be, I'd like to think that most people would not be willing to do so. Did she have someone who was so morally ambiguous that they would condone what she did and feel no obligation to turn her in? It's certainly possible. Did she feel that she had that kind of person, and someone who was in that immediate area to aid and abet her? I don't know. It seemed like most of her friends in AZ were friends of Travis, and the vast majority of them didn't seem to like or trust her. Her "partners in crime" kinda friends were back in CA I think; like Matt McCartney.

Jodi was so confident in her abilities she didn't NEED anyone else to HELP her. She is so sociopathic-ly arrogant.

I am convinced that the Spiderman undies are a total fabrication. She has carefully covered herself in so many areas you can bet your sweet spidey ass if they existed she would have Nurmi swinging them around on his finger or she would have done one of her Glamourhoshots of herself wearing them.
