Well said. Thank you. I'm not sure why so many feel the need to find things in photos that have been around for 4 1/2 years and studied extensively by professionals since that time. Also these are photos of photos of thumbnails. We have only the screenshots of what was shown in court, that have light glares, pens pointing at things, other fingers (martinez mostly).
I admit I originally brought up the reflection in Travis' eye - early on in the trial. But I didn't zoom in on it and try to make out a face or weapons, etc. I could just see that there was someone reflected in his right eye.

Thank you....my feelings exactly! These pictures have been gone over with every expert technique known to modern science....if there was anything there, the DA knows about it. They did a lot of enhancing and cleaning up of these photos to make sure whatever was there. There are no ninja Jodis reflected in Travis, eyes. There is no blood in the photo of Travis sitting in the shower. He is in a tiny enclosure, and there is no way she stabbed him in the back in that photo. It is total nonsense.

So you think Jodi won't be punished for her crime of Murder but just for lying? The trial isn't over yet. People keep forgetting that I think because all of Martinez' points have not been completely made. which is what the rebuttal phase is for. To rebut her claim of self defense - which means he has to prove that she made up the pedo and the abuse stories. which is why he is bringing up the magazine messages to MM.
He is also discussing the gas cans which goes straight into premeditation. He has proof that jodi never returned the 3rd gas can and so she needed all 3 gas cans to make it all the way through AZ undetected.
And he is proving her to have lied to the jury on the stand. so the jury can then decide if they want to disregard parts of or all of her testimony.

Sorry if I wasn't clear...I was trying to say that all the coverup stuff people are focusing on is beside the point. The point being, if premeditation is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt, there is no Murder 1, and therefore no DP or LWOP. If premeditation is not proven she gets Murder 2 which carries a maximum sentence of 22 years. I personally want to see her get Murder 1 and I realize the trial isn't over yet. Wednesday will be a major day as far as Martinez showing what he's got. So far I have not been impressed w/him, I hope he steps up and proves his case.

Okay 1 more question.... then I will leave you all alone. Wasn't there some testimony that OG Didn't want to give her the gas cans.....but finally gave them to her. If JA and OG often used gas cans in the trunk for drives as I thought she testified to, why would he be so hesitant to loan them to her?

Wow. Did I really read this? Some posters believe Travis' family is bloodthirsty because they have the nerve to want Jodi punished for brutally slashing their loved one to death?

No, what they want is justice. They want Jodi to pay for the heinous crime she committed. And no one has the right to judge them for wanting Jodi held responsible for her deeds.

Jodi was the bloodthirsty one. Jodi was the cold-blooded killer; not Travis, not his sisters, his grandma or his friends.

And, punishing Jodi won't bring Travis back? Well, obviously, nothing can bring the deceased back, so we should totally change the law so that murder is no longer a crime. No point in punishing murderers, because doing so won't resurrect the victim. Yeah sure, makes perfect sense.

Silly me, I thought we sent murderers to jail and to their deaths because it was punishment for committing the ultimate crime of taking another person's life, in cold blood.

It is truly disturbing to see anyone criticize the family of the victim -- that would be Travis -- for wanting Jodi to be punished for her actions.

Jodi is behind bars and facing a possible death sentence, because of Jodi, and no one else. No one made her brutally murder another human being. She chose to do so. She thought she would get away with it; probably still does; and she thinks she should not have to face the consequences of her actions.

If Jodi ends up with the death penalty, it's because she earned it. Don't want a lethal injection? Don't brutally slash someone to death.
