true, it's "eye of the beholder" (pun intended) as far as the retina reflection goes. and I wish the "National metal detector Assoc" would get their crews out there and look for the that gun... although as I said earlier I think she dumped everything, including bloody clothes, much closer to the crime scene.. too much risk traveling on the open highway with all that evidence. Of course this is based on "there was no fog"

You know, we're all looking for the "smoking gun" in this case. It's like the earlier joke about the KY bottle. I admit, I didn't get it as a joke at first...I don't know MorbidT well enough to know when she's joking, AND because I really, really want someone to find shit out there in the desert to nail her ass (i.e., the gun, the clothes, anything).

As for the reflection in the eye, I think it's like how some people are able to see shapes and images of animals in the fluffy clouds in the sky, and some can't.

Okay I'm going to say something here and I'm sorry if it offends anyone, but it totally creeps me out that Travis shaved his pubic hair. And it wasn't Jodi who put him up to it, some people mentioned earlier that it was something his friends had known about him for awhile.

Does anyone know of any other guys that do this? Is it a Mormon thing?

I'm sure I'll be smited or flogged or whatever for saying this, and my apologies in advance to the many members who aren't this way...

I consistently see veteran MDS'rs encouraging lurkers to join and post, and as a former lurker and rare poster, I will say that it's no surprise why lurkers get a little gun shy around here. Most veterans seem awesome and it's cool to remind us lowlifes the rules of the road here (I.e stay on topic, don't serial post, etc.) but some of you all act like you can't stand us newbies who have found MDS. I personally love this site, but it gets just as old seeing posts about how lame we noobs have let this thread get as it does for others to see lame and too frequent posts.

I used to wonder why there was a need to have a "sticky" thread at the top of the MDS forums that addressed being nice to noobs....now I know.

Reading through Flores report he says Enrique told him Travis said he'd only had 45 minutes of sleep the night before (when JA came over around 4:00 a.m. presumably), someone here mentioned Travis' back in one of the shower photos looking like it had horizontal scratches on it, I think those are sheet sleep lines, he's lying in bed in the 1:44:50 and 1:47:15 pics, I'll bet he sent her on her way after his last contact with Chris Hughes noonish and went up to take a nap before a shower and the conference call. She snuck in, posed those nudie pics with the KY, he woke up in the middle, tossed the KY at the camera (or her if it wasn't on a timer), last pic until the shower almost 3 and a half hours later. Did he boot her again, go back to sleep, she returns (or is hiding somewhere) and comes out with the camera snapping while he's in the shower?

Something I noticed from this link...there has been a lot of debate about the duct tape found. There is a slideshow at the bottom of this site with all the crime scene photos among other things. The camera found in the washer is marked #38, the washer #37, inside the washer 38 (the camera) and #39 clothes, the dryer #41 and the duct tape #40. So, CLEARLY, the duct tape was found in the laundry room, not the bathroom. These pictures are from HuffPo as I saw this on the slide show and couldn't figure out how to save. HuffPo does not have the picture where the dryer marked #41 with the duct tape on the floor marked #40 but the slideshow at the above link does. THE DUCT TAPE IS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, not the bathroom!*

That's a great theory....meaning Travis and Jodi NEVER had sex that day. I actually like this idea better than the one she's peddling that they had sex twice that day...once in the bedroom after pics and then again forced on her after he threw a CD in the office. If your theory is true, the only thing that confuses me is why he looks semi-turgid on the bed in one photo. Unless he's a shower, not a grower lol (sorry). But that one particular pic is the only reason why I believe they had sex together.

I think a roommate does see Travis around noon, doesn't he? And a phone call is made around 4:19 p.m. Not sure after 2:00 p.m., how Travis would have been in the mood a second time...but who am I to know?

I don't know what his hangup was on body hair, but it doesn't bother me any that he shaved his pubic hair. I guess to each his own. I actually know people who are very similar, at least as far as it concerns women's arm hair. Some guys I've known think it's gross when a woman has arm hair. I'm lucky, I hardly have any hair on my arms, and I don't have hardly any on my thighs, either, so I don't shave them. I remember my mom telling me when I was a teen, if I never started shaving my thighs, I would never have to shave them. So I never did. Personally, I've never met a guy who's shaved down there...

For the life of me, I just can't see that she is kneeling. I do see her head/face but I don't think what I'm seeing as her head/face is what you all are seeing as her head/face. What I'm identifying as her head/face is cocked to her right shoulder, right above what looks like a camera flash. My only problem with this is that means the camera is in her left hand with a shutter button situated for a right handed person. Holding the camera like that & depressing the button would be very awkward. Awkward enough to allow her to drop it. The other thing I can see is something that looks like the barrel of a gun in her other hand. I'm not saying it is the barrel of a gun, I'm just saying that because I was looking for the barrel of a gun, I found something that my eye identified as that. However, if I look at it differently & tell myself that what I see as a camera flash isn't really a camera flash, I can see a camera held out in front of her with her right hand. I think this photo is like a Rorschach test & different people are going to see different things depending on what they are looking for.

I outlined what I'm seeing as a camera in yellow. What I was seeing as a gun barrel is the area that would be the lens of the camera. In the next picture I circled what I'm seeing as her head/face cocked to her right. I put small dots where I'm seeing her eyes & mouth

Something else about the pic of Travis in bed, aside from the fact that he's shaven below is the reddness all over that area, I know when Jodi was testifying about the KY she said it was some particular type? Was it one that gave a cool feeling or something? I'm wondering if that's why he looks all red, he's not circumcised so I didn't think he was...um..excited, thinking maybe while he was sleeping she put the KY on him and it turned everything reddish and give the appearance they had just had sex.
