There is 1 minute and 10 seconds between the face pic and the sitting pic, I also believe something happened between the two being taken, too much time in between (unless there were other photos shot then that were unrecoverable); as the shower pics were going on the timing was getting faster (4 to 6 seconds between shots), like the amount of time for the pic to be snapped and the camera to process it to memory and then be ready for another pic - until you get to the face shot, then the 1:10 before the shower shot, something happened in that space of time, maybe she was deleting all of the previous pics in prep for the killing because the next shot is the last of him alive and in the last few pics she didn't have time to review the pic and then delete (5 steps to delete according to the camera guy who testified?) and there were 4 to 6 seconds between the last few shots (until the sitting one). I think I see a splotch of flying blood in the sitting shot but I still can't post pics to illustrate what I see. When do i get to post pics? I promise not to post the nudies or anything like that, just some parts from the shower pics.

She did delete a lot of photos and they were not able to recover them. So, I am not so sure something happened between face pic and sitting pic.

don't forget... in the midst of her fog she managed to lock the bedroom door on her way out... and put up the dog fence...not to mention putting the camera through a wash cycle, rinsing Travis's body, etc. etc. I wonder if she tweaked the air-conditioning in his room to delay decomposition...

btw: I am starting to believe, since there really was no fog, that she dumped the gun and knife much closer to the crime scene... down a storm-drain for example... there was no "rope"

Although I don't believe much of what comes out of her mouth, I do believe she mixes truth with fiction. The hair issue, however, is true. It was also brought up as a joke by one of his female friends at some point, and I believe it was a known issue with Travis. There is nothing wrong with not liking body hair, and it doesn't mean one is "into young boys". I disagree with that.

Two questions...I didn't catch all of JM's case live, though I think I caught most of it on YouTube. I was wondering if Mini Hall's testimony was recorded? Last night I was searching for JM's opening statement and found a site that had archived testimony. I was listening to his statement and when it was finished, I assumed that was it. But all of a sudden I heard a woman's voice, someone testifying I knew I hadn't heard before. It was Mimi Hall, but there was no video. I have to say, her words were unnerving, especially when she got to the part where she described heading for Travis' house, suspecting something was wrong. I could hear her pausing, breathing deep, having to stop for some water...hearing the glass fill and her swallow hard gave me chills. Did anyone see it live, or know if there's video of it anywhere? What was interesting was listening to Juan question her; he was so gentle and polite! We all know how he can be "short" even with his own witnesses, but he seemed to pay great deference to her. She sounded very sweet.

And about the remote JA's supposedly mistakenly took with her from Darryl's house. Hard to comprehend someone could accidentally leave with someone's remote control, so I'm thinking it had to be an excuse for her to return, but why? Was Darryl at home when she returned?

He really looked to aggravated to me. I don't see fear there. I see him probably wondering why the hell she came back. If he were in fear, I think his mouth would drop open and his eye would open wide. That, to me, would be a fear expression. Sorry..I know everyone thinks he looks afraid..

I see controlled impatience, as if she had told him after the face shot she would delete all the pics off *his* camera and then leave so he could finish showering and get ready for his conference call in an hour. So he's 'okay, take it, delete them and get gone' and while he's maybe getting up she finishes deleting, grabs the knife, strikes at him up high, maybe she gets him twice, snapping the lower half sitting pic as he's starting his slide toward the drain (either already hurt or starting to try to avoid her by slocuhing his butt down), but I think he's already been stabbed once or twice at that sitting pic's taking.

LOL..ask if they take items back WITHOUT a receipt. Most places you return items, they want the receipt because so many people try to return things that were not bought at a store, or years before..AND, if they do take something back w receipt..they mark through the returned item.

In january, I returned a video game to Walmart without a receipt. They gave me a Wally World gift card for the cost. A few days later, I found the receipt, I had purchased it at Target. Oh well. I still got money back, but no cash. Everytime I have returned something, the process is always the same. They mark thru the returned item and refund in the same manner I paid. They have never given me cash for something I paid for with a credit card.

Flores wrote in his original call to the house, there was blood on the blinds. It went that far up..high. His report is fascinating. Gave details that I was confused about. He said when he walked into the house it was immediate that the odor in the house was one of a body in deep decomposition. The smell had to be horrid. In fact, Travs' feet and genitals started to mummify. A process when we die.

On page 1700, I commented on my thoughts about the sunscreen, I think I figured out why she bought 2 bottles. I also commented on why the smell took so long to permeate the house. Since his doors were closed, the smell was contained to his side of the house. Once the door was opened, the smell escaped thru the rest of the house quickly!

I can see her sitting..they indicated that if the camera is held still and in focus (which his face shot seems perfect to me), you can see an image of what he is looking at. I swear she is kneeling (like she testified) and that the camera is there, her hair is tied up..the two long braids were tied on each side of her head. You cannot see her lips, eyes, hands..but her overall form. It is uncanny. I initially did not see it. However, after disregarding the arrows pointing to head and face (they are too low) her form comes into view. It took me an hour..

I had a few thoughts I wanted to share.

I think the sunscreen finally made sense to me last night. What if Jodi bought one for Travis and one to confront him about taking Mimi to Cancun. I picture it like this, "I got you sunscreen for Cancun. Give this one to bitch Mimi, I know the truth that you're taking her!". Fight erupts and Jodi loses it. I can see Jodi doing something like that.

I don't think she went there with any intention of giving TA a choice about anything. She went there to kill him. Period. I'm am dying to know what the hell she did that caused him to send that text saying she was a Sociopath and the worst thing that ever happened to him. Also, did she hack his bank accounts? To what purpose? Just to see what he was spending $$ on? Did she steal some cash from him a la Casey Anthony?

totally agree.. I read it all yesterday and it really does clear-up many things that the trial itself tends to distort. His "first impressions" upon entering the house tell a compelling story in and of itself.

Yea, believe me, I am cringing just thinking about it. It was horrible the first time, but this issue has me intrigued. I have to wait for the kiddos to go back to school though. I'll report back as soon as I find out, and I hope it's toward the beginning vs the end.

My biggest questions are;
1. Why did Travis let her in on June 4th?
2. How was she able to pull this off??
After telling her to stay out of his life, I can't imagine that Travis was thrilled to see her when she showed up. I can only speculate that she told him she needed to drop off something, or pick up something that she left. Maybe the item Travis signed? The item from his angry text message to her about leaving it behind after he signed it? Maybe she told him that she wanted these things as they were never going to see or talk to each other again? Maybe she still had stuff in his garage? She's dropping off a check? She had vacation pictures for him to see?
Somehow, she gained entrance back into his home.
Once there, I assume she asked him if she could sleep there. Being the generous person he was, he couldn't tell her "no". She arrived in the wee hours of the morning and had no place to sleep.
Why not send her on her way when they woke up? Maybe he couldn't help himself? She talked him into one last hurrah. Perhaps he thought, "ok, one last time and then it's over!"
When they were done, why is she still there? Why hasn't she left? Could she be apologizing for all of the crap she pulled on him? Telling him that she wanted to clear the air and part as friends? Have a heart to heart, bury the hatched? He couldn't possibly be happy about her still hanging around. Maybe she tells him she wants to wait until it was cooler before driving out into the desert? Maybe she feeds him some BS story about her air conditioner not working?

The shower photo shoot. Strange. He can't possibly be wanting this.
He doesn't look like he's posing to me. She's not using the flash. The surprised look on his face in one of the photos speaks volumes to me.
Then he's sitting on the floor of the shower. This photo makes no sense. He looks incredulous and a bit scared. He's cornered in that tiny shower. (Btw- Why the heck does he have such a tiny shower?! Such a spacious room and bathroom. That shower sucks!) If he was such a "violent" guy, no WAY would he be sitting like that. He'd take control of the situation. Bust past her. But he doesn't. It looks to me that he sat down to hide his privates from the camera.She's already tried to blackmail him in recent weeks. She wants more evidence. " Since she's blocking the door, I'll just sit down and cover up". I believe the butt picture was on purpose.
What happens next??? How was she able to pull this off without sustaining more injuries? I can only believe that Travis must have been a very gentle soul and even as she's stabbing him, all he can think about is trying to get away from her.
Also-I believe Travis meant "scammed" in that text. The very definition of scammed fits exactly she did to him to a T. I don't think he'd give her the comfort of knowing that she "shamed" him. She scammed him in every sense of the word.

I can't imagine being able to see much in the retina of said photo. But do you have the high resolution of the retina that you viewed?

I noticed there were some comments over the weekend about Jodi's Walmart receipt. So I am quoting my original posts showing how I came up with the idea she bought sunscreen. The brand company has nothing to do with how the chain's data clerk abbreviates the item name into the stores' computer system. The store clerk's don't go by the name of the product, they stock and order by numbers. I'm pretty sure she bought a kerosene can, 2 pks of the same facial cleanser and 2 pks of the same bonus suncreen.

I think she got her hair done and a Brazilian when she got her nails done. Hopefully, Mr. Martinez found a money trail.

So, who needs 2 bottles of sunscreen, especially when she allegedly doesn't have enough money for "expensive" gas?

Goes to premeditation because she went there with the idea of convincing Travis to take her to Cancun -- where she would need the sunscreen -- or else?

Obviously the sunscreen seems less incriminating that products to change her look and make her less identifiable -- i.e. the hair color -- but there is just no plausible explanation as to why Jodi needed 2 bottles of sunscreen for an overnight in Mesa and 1 day in Utah. She thought she was going to talk him into taking her to Mexico, I can't see any other explanation. She would need lots of sunscreen down there and doing all the tours of ruins and sitting on the beach, etc.
