That was 27 years ago, it was something I will never forget.

    I cannot imagine the terror going through T's mind seeing Jodi standing there with a knife, gun, or both. THAT is one of the many reasons JA deserves the DP.
    Me either. It's a scary thing.

    I was robbed by knife point at a store.

    I never will forget watching that video with the DA and hearing myself say to the robber "are you freaking kidding me"
    The other cashier was yelling my name to help her. I actually looked at her and asked " what the hell am I suppose to do"
    The robber was confused. He took off running with out getting a damn thing.

    I think 1 hour after the robbery-I busted out crying. It's a scary feeling. It makes you scared of the world.

    Another thing about the pics, in the earlier pics, from the time stamps that could be recovered it looks like the pic of Travis laying down and tossing the KY bottle towards the camera was the last one taken then, wonder if that's what got things on the road to where it ended up, if he got mad he might have told her to get dressed and leave then, and maybe she did and came back in through the doggie door around 5:15 once he headed up to take a shower. From everything I've read, her showing up unannounced was no big surprise to him so it seems likely he wouldn't have been all that shocked to find her outside his shower with her camera in her hand, just a few last shots to remember you by, dear (of course she'd have the mirder weapons handy but out of his sight at this point.

    don't forget... in the midst of her fog she managed to lock the bedroom door on her way out... and put up the dog fence...not to mention putting the camera through a wash cycle, rinsing Travis's body, etc. etc. I wonder if she tweaked the air-conditioning in his room to delay decomposition...

    btw: I am starting to believe, since there really was no fog, that she dumped the gun and knife much closer to the crime scene... down a storm-drain for example... there was no "rope"

    I don't think he knew she was coming that fateful day, or if he did, she told him over the phone late at night so as not to have him mention it to anyone. She knew not to text or email anything about the visit since she was going to claim having not been to Mesa since April. (though she likely tampered with his phone that day) If he knew ahead of time, there was a chance he would mention it to someone, and she could not risk that.

    She snuck in and watched him for a while at around 4 a.m.; if the doors were locked, she used the doggy door. The big question is, after this text message, how could he be seduced by her this day. He should have been repulsed.

    This trip to Mesa was not on the way to West Jordan whatsoever, it was so far out of the way that the detour makes no sense other than for what she is accused of, premeditated murder in the first degree. I only wish she could suffer like Travis did.
    I'm wondering if she was the one who had a picture of a somewhat naked child and that's what Travis was going to spill. I believe Jodi has sprinkled truth in with her lies. I think TA did say he couldn't feel his legs, asked her to help him, he had to have been in a panic and not realized his murderer was not going to help him. I think somewhere in her ramblings, she has given us clues to what really happened.

    Geez Sister B, that's scary. I'm sorry that happened to you!

    I think she intended to take the camera, but it got mixed up in the wash and she couldn't find it. I'm thankful she couldn't find it as it is the initial proof she was there.

    I don't buy her testimony that they were "reviewing and deleting" photos as they went during the "shower session" Who does that? You take more photos than you need... review them after uploading to I-Photo (for example) and do your editing, cropping, and deleting with the software on a good monitor.
    Of course I'm trying to use logic to analyze a fabricated story, never the train shall meet.

    I agree with you. TA's bedroom was tore apart like someone was searching for something.

    Juror Question: Did you shave your pubic hair thinking that there would be no DNA left at the scene?

    Jurior Question: Did you put your hair in braid believing that you would be less likely to drop any hair at the scene??? (She said Travis liked the little girl look)....

    Juror Question: Did you tie your hair (still in the braids) on either side of your head (this can be seen in the blow up of Travis' last photo via his retina - WHICH is amazing!! ) in belief that it would be less likely to be grabbed while you were stabbing Travis? (I am so certain she started with the stabbing. You can bet her attorneys want the gun first due to the fact it would cause less pain, and also it would be a better self defense to argue, than her stabbing him with a knife. Stabbing is a method of anger)..

Her attack was swift and effective. And he fought her like hell.

    ME testified that the back stabs wounds (group of 9) were done when he was higher than she was - likely he felt bent over at the sink. The reason is due to the way the cuts were made. They were not deep. He probably turned around at that point, used his hands to try to fight her off, but she stabbed him in the chest as h got 3to the sink ( ME testified that the blood spurt on the mirror was due to high velocity splatter; he believed it came from the stab to the heart), he then had a series of stabs to the head and feet. He was probably on his knees at that point due to loss of blood, feeling sick to his stomach and dizzy.

    Actually his bedroom was neat - just like that immaculate closet. His flip flops were in the middle of the floor and other than evidence of washing the bed linens, it does not look like someone tore the place apart looking for something lost.

    The finding of the camera was Travis' way if speaking from the grave. I was thrilled that the images were recovered. I am sure she believed that after she realized it was in the washing machine, that the water and bleach would destroy it. It was heavily water damaged per expert testimony.

    OH!! The flip flops! I wonder if he had put them on after he got out of the shower. That in the struggle, they flew off and were in the middle of the floor. He was SO neat. Why would flip flops be in the hall???

    They do if you buy the premium. It's about 12 bucks for 6 mths and less that 20 for a year. You can edit, plus you can see who reps/smites you, and you no longer see ads.

    Jody Arias Life in Prison:

    She will get a fan base;
    She will do interviews;
    She will have TV, computers, food, exercise, sex with her other lesbo inmates;
    She will be allowed visors;
    She will write a book;
    She will get her PHD! (lol);
    She will get to do her nails, her hair, wash, wear makeup;
    She will laugh ( at the jurors if they give her less than death);
    She will get to have telephone conversations;
    She will use a library;
    She will get to sleep;
    She will use tax payer's money to fund appeals.

    I HOPE that Travis' sibling sue her after this over - to prevent the writings of a book. She probably is already working on it in her mind.

    true, could be the camera was inadvertently put in the washer.. point is though, she was deliberate on her way out, covering her tracks, maneuvering, calculating,... very non-fog-like behavior.

    The flip flops were not in the hall. They were in the bedroom, between the end of the bed and the bedroom door.

    wow... is their anything approaching high-res file of that photo anywhere? Is this the photo of Travis staring back at the camera very intensely?

    Wow..I wished I were on that jury. I would ask NO more questions of her. I would look at all the evidence and then decide it was premeditated.
