What I'd really like is to see or put together is a timeline of events the week before 2 June.

I don't believe she sent him the check for the BMW payment by mail. I think she gave it to him in person on 4 June. The check is dated 25 May and the really bad texts he sent her (by her records in court?) were 26 May, if they are her records you have to deduct 7 hours and if that's the case then they would have been sent by Travis on 25 May, if I'm reading the time correctly.

I think that money was the only reason he'd let her just drop by and let her in the house, or wait up for her, especially after he told her to get her shit together and start paying him for the car. Still wondering what pretext she used for why she'd be in Mesa that would sound believable to Travis, some important document left at a friends house that she was picking up the next day at a reasonable hour perhaps.

I disagree. There are so many droplets in the face pic..they are off the glass. The one sitting; no water, and he is on the floor. I still cannot determine if he is standing or sitting with the face pic. And, I cannot understand why there is not a full shot. She took a pic of his face, then cut off the head with the sitting pic??

I think she closed the door at that point to get the knife, by shutting the door she keeps him contained in the shower still pretending this is a photo shoot, last photo door is open and he's sitting down she doesn't care if his head is in the shot or not, she opened the door to start attacking him.

odi is not a victim of domestic violence. Jodi is the abuser. Jodi tried to eliminate all her competition by making Travis out to be a womanizer, a beater, a pervert, the whole thing. Isolate and control. Nobody would want him. She tried to isolate him from his friends, family and church. This all through sex. Some women use food.

I believe that Jodi is also a stone stepper. She climbed up all the loser stones to get to the top stone, Travis. She gave up a relationship and house for him, then he dumped her. The commitment that Jodi made was for life. So she felt that Travis should have done the same thing.

That's kind of a stretch. Jodi had none of these things at the time she met Travis. She was a destitute former 'Real Estate Investor' (foreclosure on the Palm Desert house was imminent) and her life with Darryl was pretty much finished. Darryl was preparing to follow his ex-wife and his son back to the Monterey Peninsula Area. That was more important to him than Jodi.

From her perspective, Jodi was saying to Travis, " I would do it do it for you, that's why you should do it for me. That's a typical self-serving rationalization an obsessed suitor comes up with to justify invading the life of the object of their obsession. In fact, Jodi Arias had nothing to give or to give up. (Except the pretty well-used, you-know-what). Jodi was never able to nor prepared to give or give up anything unless there was some immediate repayment in kind. She was a 100%+ taker. The most we ever heard of her 'giving' was the bag of groceries she anonymously dropped off on the front porch of Bobby Juarez house in Yreka to spare him from going hungry after clearing out-- and we can't even be sure if that 'magnanimous' gesture is true. Sounds more like what an obsessed 'stalker' would do rather than a concerned friend.

I have no doubt that the code on that receipt is for Neutrogena Ultrasheer Dry Touch Sunscreen SPF 85. Now, I believe what the poster said earlier about codes sometimes being wonky. But I can say from personal experience that I have NEVER bought anything from Walmart that shows up on the receipt as a totally different brand, different product (and since I moved into my current home seven years ago, I shop at Walmart a good bit because it's closest). Either way, I'm confident that if JM already knows for a fact that the gas can wasn't returned, he's already talked to Walmart and knows what the "NEU" really is. We'll know soon enough I suppose.

And on the subject of things "making sense" ... and this goes for ALL of our speculations about Jodi's shenanigans ... We're all constantly trying to make sense of what she does. I've decided it can't be done by rational human beings. I don't think we can depend on a listing for current hours of operation for something four years ago. And I would think if they close at 1 am that means closed, not partially closed, that makes no sense to me. Gas sales is their main money maker, why would they divert business by advertising they close at 1 am if they are in fact open for gas sales.

There are many many convienience stores/gas station that have opening and closing hours but you can pump gas 24/7 if you pay with a card.

Yes, this does say he is 21, BUT, if you look at the date of the report, it was from 2004. So, that would make him about 29 now.

There's another record from Dec. 2007, where there's some kind of lien for $3,000+ owed to a credit company. But, that may or may not be this Bryan Carr, as there is no middle initial or D.O.B. listed. Still an open case though.

I gotta say, I'm finding this whole story quite the cluster. Mid level players in a pyramid scheme all over. Bizarre 'Law of Attraction' type of stuff (interesting how that weirdo that boasted of making 100k whether he gets out of bed or not was talking about it in his youtube vids). You gotta wonder about the types getting sucked into the pyramid (Jodi). Oh yeah, and after Jodi kills off one mid level player...she goes for the next guy who is a recent 'ring holder' for a date the day after carving Travis up.

And the roommates...I'll bet they are having a massive WTF moment thinking how they crashed a couple nights at the house only to later find there was a rotting corpse in the next room. One guy was wondering about that smell...I'll bet he's having a 'damnnn' moment or two.

That still doesn't account for their published hours. I have a friend that owns a chain of stations. When they shut down hours of close, the pumps are shut off. They would never advertise they close earlier than they do, that would be financial loss. I just don't see it possible. And again, whatever hours is today means nothing for 4 yrs ago.

That said, I do hope JM was able to trace that purchase to gas past an assumption he wants to infer. IMO, this jury has one or more on her side just by a few of the questions asked, JM needs to do more than infer to get the DP on this one.

I have supervised and managed conv/stores gas stations for over 10 years and not one shut the pump off after store closing. Your friend is way behind times and losing money imho.

Welcome. I'm new, too. I love that these people are as into the case and finding out the truth as I am. I wish I knew about this site during Lacey Peteson U and Casey Anthony. All my relatives and friends think I am nuts since I get so wrapped up in these murder trials. This board is my happy place!

I was getting that feeling too, either they are wanting to believe her or they want to be completely positive before handing her the DP, I don't think they're feeling any middle ground here, nothing or everything. I'm really hoping the latter but you just never know. She's been in the courtroom with them for a long time now, and the more familiar they are with her, the less chance of them giving the DP.

The jury doesn't need to worry about LWOP or DP at this point in time. I believe they call this a bifurcated trial, where the first part is to determine 1st degree or self defense (or any lesser degree if allowed by the judge), and then they will go into a sentencing phase of trial (if they find her guilty) to determine LWOP or DP.

Bizarre 'Law of Attraction' type of stuff (interesting how that weirdo that boasted of making 100k whether he gets out of bed or not was talking about it in his youtube vids). You gotta wonder about the types getting sucked into the pyramid (Jodi). Oh yeah, and after Jodi kills off one mid level player...she goes for the next guy who is a recent 'ring holder' for a date the day after carving Travis up.

And the roommates...I'll bet they are having a massive WTF moment thinking how they crashed a couple nights at the house only to later find there was a rotting corpse in the next room. One guy was wondering about that smell...I'll bet he's having a 'damnnn' moment or two.

Well, thought I'd say hi to all, and I'll be joining you guys watching this mess. Hopefully character assassination will not be a good defense for carving up a guy in a jealous psycho rage.
