I think the premeditation is clear. Even if you go by her own load of BS where she shot him and he was still alive. It only takes a minute to premeditate. She got a knife and hacked him up until he was dead...fog or no fog.

I hate the thought of sharp knives penetrating human flesh 28 times, slitting throats, and gunshots to the forehead. I will continue to hate the thought. Does the 'Law of Attraction' direct that I am in for it as was Travis Alexander?
What crap! I go all the way back to the Beatniks who used to gather at the Co-existence Bagel Shop on Grant Avenue, San Francisco. Guys like Kerouac and Ginsberg and was around them quite a few times. I've seen it all morph through the decades into all the other "movements" continuing along the same thread, or string, if you will. Nonsense on stilts!

Meh. Wouldn't a criminal record have precluded Travis from getting a job, much less one involving legal representation? I think that "record" is made-up b.s.
On that subject, I just cannot understand Jodi's fan club. What on earth compels a person to hope and wish, maybe even pray for, a cold-blooded murderer to go free? I just can't wrap my mind around it. And yet, I know, women proposed to Scott Peterson and the Menendez brothers.
I just cannot imagine how a person, much less a group of people, can dismiss the brutal taking of another person's life. It's incomprehensible to me.

I do not understand one word of what this Law of Attraction guy, Mr. Steve Pavlina, is saying. However, what should be of greatest concern is that he doesn't either.

I think a major factor in deliberations/verdict will be her selective amnesia. The jury will remember that she turns her amnesia on and off at will.

Too bad we'll never know the truth, unless the "fog" lifts and the murderess tells us.
One thing is for sure, she hated T at that moment, to have butchered him the way he did. She was pissed that he was buff, taking another girl (who could be the one) to Cancun (and would be checking things off his list), was upwardly mobile, and she was stuck in Buttfuck, USA, with no one to buttfuck. She's pathetic.
Travis was really an independent 'contractor' affiliated with PPL, now apparently called "Legal Shield." He did not represent anybody in any form of legal processes. He sold Insurance Policies to people that provided coverage for the cost of legal services to the beneficiaries of the policies in the event that they ever needed these services. If a minor criminal record was a barrier to acting as a salesman, a significant segment of the salesforce in the country would be without a way to earn a living.
As for the rest of your comment, the answer can only be provided by mental health professionals or priests.![]()

I don't believe there's time for the drying of hair...IMO. The time-line on the camera precludes it. Besides there's no indication whether Travis was a guy who "dried" his hair with a hairdryer, is there? I don't know many men who do that. The attack had to have started in the shower at or near the time of the last body pic (the one where the camera took a pic of his lower body right after the full face pic). After this lower body pic, there is a strange pic of the bathroom ceiling. If you look closely, the shower door is CLOSED. It is possible he was stabbed or shot while in the shower and then pushed his way out of the shower to the sink, pushing her aside (she calls it a body slam). The camera gets jostled and takes the ceiling pic. The attack continues at the bathroom sink, stabbing into his back. He attempts to run down the hall, but falls. There is also a stab to his abdomen that goes in about 5". Horrifying, yes, but I'm curious when that happened. Perhaps it happened at the sink or as he was crawling down the hallway to get away from her.
He would have been able to stand up immediately after the stab to his chest because he wouldn't have bled out immediately. The ME said it would have taken a minute or two, didn't he? So he has time to run to the mirror to check out the damage, almost as if he's saying, "this bitch didn't just stab me?!" and looking at it in the mirror. At some point we know he grabbed the knife and cut his own hands very deeply. Maybe that's what happened after he got to the mirror. Maybe he grabbed the knife out of his chest and the spurting started at the counter/sink. He throws the knife down and she grabs it and continues stabbing. I don't know. I wish this bitch would just cop to the killing and what she did. It infuriates me to no end that she's lying about. She knew she stabbed him and what damage she did...because in her Ninja story she was able to put a knife into the girl's hand.
Travis' name is very common. It could be someone else very easily. Very asinine!!
I think that's why Nurmi has spent so much time on direct and recross exams...hoping at least some jurors will feel some sort of a bond w/her. That's also why she always looks at the jury when she answers a question. I think she's been coached to do that b/c eye contact is so important to 'connect' w/people. We will see if it works or backfires...
She's got Felony Murder hanging over head as well. That's for being in Travis's house unlawfully, (burglary) after she stabbed him the first time. Martinez explains it in his direct. "Mr. Travis Alexander would not welcome Jodi Arias into his house after she stabbed him the first time."

That is most definitely NOT a pool of blood. It IS most definitely a drain. It's a tiny shower with a drain in the center. If it was a pool of blood, I think it wouldn't have perfect edges and we would see some 'wash' from a running shower. If he was stabbed in that picture, I think we would also see blood running down his body.
To add to that. He keeps a bathrobe right outside his shower. If he had gotten out of the shower and walked to the sink, odds are that he would be in his bathrobe by then (why keep it on a hook directly outside the shower unless you use it right there). And, we know he was nude when attacked. Plus, the bathrobe was still hanging in place when he was found. I also agree that the timeline doesn't make much sense unless she started stabbing him in the shower.
I heard a good point made on this a bit ago. They stated that Jodi, who we know premeditated this, thought she would have the perfect murder - kill him in the shower where you can wash the DNA and all evidence away. I think her plan was to kill him right in that shower stall. She didn't count on him getting out and fighting back as much as he did. I think she thought he'd be even more disabled than he was. She didn't account for panic and adrenaline on his end. I think she truly meant to kill him in that stall and wash it all away and leave him there. I think that is part of the reason she dragged him back - to do a part of her original plan (at least try to wash him off) and she attempted a halfass cleanup. I truly don't think she thought he'd make it out of that shower stall.
I'm torn. I want her to get the DP, but my understanding is that the state of AZ has 1 lethal injection left, and over 100 people on the death row. So, if she gets the DP, what happens? Does she stay on death row until she dies? LWOP does not mean that she stays in prison until she dies. I believe LWOP can be a sentence of 25 years (I have not done any research on the state of AZ, but that's what it is in my state) and after that she can go free. I do not believe she should EVER be free.
"so he ejaculated on your face and threw you some candy?"
I more and more irritated by her saying she is ashamed or she was ashamed but never once has she said she is sorry. Even when Nurmi tried to get her to say it, she wouldn't.
That should be I get more and more irritated.
Found it! Figures it's political...

Life in prison without parole, mainly because I am anti-death penalty.
I agree, twilit. It seems that most people view prison mainly as punishment and revenge (see: Joe Arpaio). Jodi Arias aside, if a person is sent to prison for say, two years, we should be concentrating on rehabilitation. Sure, punishment is a part of it, but if the person is going to be out in two years, we don't want him or her to come out worse than when they went in. It is better for society as a whole if the person can become a productive member of society.
"...Jeffrey Dahmer... actually confessed and accepted his punishment. Had real remorse for the sick things he did. It's pretty bad when Jeffrey Dahmer is a better person than you are." ~Justice11 (re: Jodi Arias)
I agree that the hair color makes more sense as well. It is doubtful that she would have bought 2 bottles of sunscreen (one would take her a long way, and she was only on a short road trip) but it is certain she would need 2 bottles of hair color, to turn her long blond hair into a darker brown.
